I'm on my way to Mystic Falls to see my dad that I have not seen in like eight years I'm kind of scared to see him, but I'm going to get some sleep before I the plane lands.
*One hour later*
I wake up and get my bag then head off the plane to collect my luggage, after I collected him luggage I walk to the front of the airport to see if I can see my dad until I hear my name being called from behind me "Alicia?" I turn around to see me dad standing there looking at my trying to figure out if it's me a second goes by when I say "um hi...dad" he looks at me strangely for a minute then finally says to me "wow u have certainly grown" I give him a funny look then say "yes well it has been right year's since you went through the trouble to see me" he looks at me like I hurt his feelings but says "yeah um well we should head home" he takes me to his car then puts my stuff in the boot and we drive home, the whole ride was filled with nothing but awkward silence.
After a while, we pull up to a house.

I think to myself wow this is where I'm going to be living but then I'm interrupted from my thoughts by my dad "here we are, here are the keys you head in and I will get your stuff" I nod at him then head to the door and unlock it as I walk in I look around thinking to myself how amazing it looks then I hear steps coming from behind my dad walks in with my bags, "follow me I will show you your room"

My mouth drops it looks amazing then my dad turns to me "you also have an on-suit" he takes me through this door in my room for me to see.

My dad says to me "it's okay if you don't like it if you don't we can always change it" I'm amazing my how it looks so I reply with "no it's perfect I love it, thank you" he smiles at me then says "I will leave you to unpack" he then walks out the room, I walk out the bathroom to my room then being unpacking and folding my clothes I put them in the drawers and head downstairs to see my dad in the kitchen chopping up vegetables whatever he is cooking sure smells good he looks up and sees me then asked "do you want some" I nod at him then walk up and sit at the table he brings me out a plate of food whatever it is it looks amazing he then says "eat up there's plenty of food around here" as I start eating he walks out of the open plan kitchen to the living room and sits down and watches tv I'm kind of glad I don't have to make small talk I finish eating then ways the dishes.
I head upstairs and go for a shower after I get out I dry and brush my hair then put my pjs on I walk through to my room cling into my soft bed and turn the lamp off my dad then walks in and says to me "oh your already in bed" I give him a look telling him well what does it look like but I then say "yeah I'm pretty tired after today" he says to me "ok well goodnight you have your new school tomorrow" then walks out, my eyes start getting heavier and heavier until all of a sudden I'm asleep.
