you and vinnie have been dating throughout high school. but your dream careers and colleges will tear you apart. vinnie is moving to LA in september and you graduated in july , so you spend everyday of your summer break with him. you are moving to NY to study law.
"good morning vin" i say as i stretch
"mhm good morning baby" he says with a deep voice
"what are we doing today" i smile
"hmm picnic on the beach?" he replies
"like a date? vin it has to be special , you are leaving tomorrow" i remind him
"yes , i know baby we can get ready in a bit, let me hold you for a bit longer"
time skip to out date
the vibes were perfect. the view was perfect . the weather was perfect. vinnie was perfect.
we shared a nice and calm date together, it was lovely. we danced together in the sand . we watched the sunset and it was beautiful.
i love this man. but our careers are going to tear us apart, ofc we promised each other we'd try out the whole long distance relationship thing . but sometimes it doesn't work . i'm not sure if i can handle it . he's coming to NY in 2 weeks to see me ,to be with me but for only 3 days . i really hope it all does work out for the best .
it's been an amazing summer i don't want it to end . i want to be able to hold vinnie when i can . but it's the last time we'd be together for a little bit, i haven't been this far away from him for this long , so it's a new feeling. i wish this last day of summer could last forever.
