You waved and said hello

Shock was an understatement

I gathered all my courage to greet you back

in attempt of waving
But then someone
From behind me said hi.

I looked back and saw her.
My smile dropped down
While the hand that was raising mid way
Made its way to my hair
Acting like I'm fixing it.
