"Huwag ka munang umalis, pag-usapan muna natin 'to."

I shook my head and left him. I decided to go back on our house because my chest was hurting so bad. I wiped my tears because it started to fall again.

Palagi niya na lang akong sinasaktan.

When the evening came, I busied myself in reviewing. All I can think was Rhianne and Chad. Hanggang ngayon, nasasaktan pa rin ako. Hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit ang sakit-sakit.

"This is so frustrating," I whispered.

I made some calligraphy to busied myself more. I also tried to listen to some songs but it all reminded me of him. And when I felt my eyes become tired, I lay down on my bed and slept.

The next day, nakatanggap ako ng text kay Chad. He said that he's already fine and he wanted us to talk. Good for him that he was feeling well, but I don't want to talk nor to see him... for now.

I have nothing to do so I decided to buy a dress for the acquaintance party. He said the he'll buy something on the mall, too.

We're here at a boutique, finding a dress that will look good at me. I really don't know if he has a girlfriend. Probably he has... because Justin is attractive and academically good.

I gave him a half smile. "Yeah," I lied, but it looks like that he didn't agree with what I said. Ang hirap ng nararamdaman ko. Ang hirap ding magsinungaling. Kasi at the end of the day, nasasaktan pa rin ako.

After a few minutes of picking, I bought a formal white off-shoulder button-down with belt dress. On the other hand, Justin bought a black lace formal Maxi dress with a belt lace, too.

"Kain muna tayo," anyaya niya.

He brought me to a Korean restaurant.

"Are you really okay?" muling tanong niya. "You look like you are not."

I sighed heavily.

"Honestly, I'm not," I answered. Saglit akong napaisip bago muling nagsalita. "I need your opinion...

His eyebrows rose. "Paano mo nasabing may ini-entertain siyang iba?"

I rolled my eyes. "It was too obvious.

"Hmm..." Napaisip siya saglit. "Mukhang nagloloko na siya? So, you're not sure? Ley, you will never know if he entertained others unless you're sure enough. And you'll only be sure if you'll hear his side. Did you ever hear him out?" he asked, which made me shut my mouth.

I bit my lower lip. Hindi ko pinakinggan si Chad. Hindi ko siya hinayaang magpaliwanag. Am I being too harsh? But I knew in myself that I was deaf because of pain and could no longer listen to what he had to say.

Natawa si Justin ng sarkastiko. "Your silence means yes. I guess you didn't," he stated as he started to eat again.
