Ok now I SERIOUSLY don't know what to feel about this. Sure it could work and isn't as bad as some of them in this story but I actually plain out do not have ANY idea how to rate this. Before I had tiny bit of an idea now I just - IDK
So I did my research for 30 minutes, found fanart, read stories, and watched it.
So I decided.
I ship it, but only partially.
I feel it has a chance of working out. Todoroki's stern personality and Uraraka's bubbly - ness could work. I am a hypocrite for saying this but opposites attract on this.
I know I know on BakuDeku I said "opposites don't attract " but what I meant was, some opposite attractions just don't work. I feel this COULD work, call me hypocrite, I am one.
