Now what im about to say may get me serious hate.
But I don't hate Mineta.
I know you guys are like "HOW?" Well technically, anime or not, I don't really hate anyone even endeavor. Sure I dislike him but I don't hate him. I honestly think if Mineta gets serious character development and better personality he could be a good hero.
I feel like most people hate mineta mostly because of his looks. If mineta looked way better like normal anime guys, supposedly Todoroki, Bakugou, Kirishima etc. Fans wouldn't mind the sexual harassment as much.
Plus the real point of mineta being there has a reason. The creator of MHA (Forgot his name) wanted someone to make a little bit of laughter in times when the anime gets super serious. Just to lighten the mood a bit. Thats what I know at least.
But again until Mineta gets serious character development its a no for me
