After studying with Lucas at the cafe, Haechan and Lucas went on time to take their test. He left Haechan in his room safely.
It was then when Mark and Jeno went to his room after their exams, the brunette watched the two, raising a brow to question why are they here.
❝What?❞ Haechan asked, eyeing Mark that was wearing his freshly ironed clothes. He was the same, having his good boy look but no one knew how much of an asshole he is.
❝Let's talk, please?❞ Mark catched Haechan's hand, softly squeezing it.
❝I seriously have no time for bullshit, Mark. I have a lot of tests to catch.❞ Haechan brushed his hand away, rolling his eyes and walking away.
❝Give him five minutes, Hyuck.❞ Jeno said, holding on his arm to stop him from his doing. ❝I'm seriously not here to defend him or tolerate any of this. You guys are both in this mess, and the both of you are dragging innocent people.❞
Haechan pressed his lips in a thin line. Frankly speaking, there was no innocent or victim here. Mark cheated, so did he, and both of their paramours knew that they were being used.
❝What if I talked to him? Will it fix the damages, Jeno?❞ the brunette quirks his brows, blankly looking at the older.
❝It will definitely not, but it would give the both of you closure. It's not about fixing the situation, Hyuck. It's about the people dragged in this stupid relationship.❞ The said male crossed his arms, shooking his head as he look at the brunette. ❝I know you're starting to give that guy hopes, Mark is literally investing feelings with Yuta and Jungwoo. I don't know what to say if the both of you will continue this.❞

❝Then just end it. It's suffocating, don't you think? Yukhei is not a toy, Hyuck. Don't play and give the man false hope if you still want Mark back. I wish you could see how inlove he is, it's sickening.❞ Jeno smiled, looking at Mark that was watching them. ❝Fix this crap. I'll be with Renjun and Jaemin.❞
Jeno left the two, instead of Mark walking to the brunette, Haechan walked towards him. His face blank and emotionless as he stare at Mark's sorrowful eyes.
❝Let's talk.❞ The brunette spat, walking towards the emergency exit of their building with Mark hurriedly following.
