A month later...
"Okay, okay I'm starting it now, c'mere!"
Locus sighed as he trudged over to the other, who held his phone up to get the both of them into view.
"Why are you doing this again?" He questioned, watching as Felix pressed the button on the screen to start recording.
"So one day, we can look back and laugh, is that so bad?" Felix rolled his eyes before a bright grin appeared on his face. "Alright, it has been a complete month since I had gotten out of the hospital in a brace. I may not be in the doctor's now to have a little check-up but today was the date I'm getting it off for good!"
"Wait, why do you need me in the video if it's just about you?" Locus grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest as he leaned back, his face no longer in camera view, causing Felix to pout.
"Becauseeee, I can kick your ass now that nothing is holding me back."
"Sure, keep thinking that."---
Three weeks later...
"So, Sammy here decided to trip and hit the navigation board, sending us to...Where are we again?" Felix asked, flipping the view of the camera so it was on Locus instead, who was busy trying to fix the little dent in the table and the flickering holographic screen.
"Aleria, and I didn't just trip, you stuck your damn foot out to trip me."
"I didn't think you'd hit the fucking table! Now we're in a fucking wasteland of a planet, and I'm still trying to figure out if we're lucky or not that there was a crashed ship nearby."
"Maybe next time don't trip me."
"Asshole..."
---
Two days later...
"-Anyways, ever since what happened on Aleria, Sam has been making me train with him more oft-"
"Isaac!""Yeah, Sam?"
"Come here, your armor is finished."
A smile quickly flashed onto Felix's face as he hopped up from his spot on the bed to walk towards the front where Locus was.
True to his word, Locus was there, standing, with his helmet in hand, and the rest of the armor back in the bag. "Now you can come out with me more often on our jobs." He said, handing over the helmet to Felix, who quickly shifted the phone a bit so he could hold it with one hand instead.
"Sweet! I won't be cooped up in this damn ship anymore."
---
The Next Day...
"Alright, so when messing with my helmet again, I found like, all these different audio logs and video logs. I don't really know how far back they date but there's a bunch of them." Felix moved the camera to get his helmet into view. "I can't really play any of the video logs while recording but I can play one of the audio ones I found pretty funny."
He set the phone down on the bed, even picking it back up after it had fallen over before reaching into the helmet to press a button that started playing a recording.
"I swear to fucking god, Locus, I'm going to kill every single one of these bastards if they even dare try to fuck with one of my knives again, like who the fuck do they think they a- SHIT!"
There was a slight noise indicating a crash, along with more lines of cursing. "D-Don't just fucking stand there! Help me the fuck up!"Felix shook his head a bit as he switched off the recording, looking back at the camera with a grin, "Seems like I was quite the character, huh? I'll have to listen to some more before bed, maybe even get a video in. I wonder if Sam knew about these?"
He paused for a moment, glancing towards the front, "Maybe I'll ask him to listen to some of these? I can get more background on them at least."
---
Two months later...
Felix snickered as he made his way to the room, already recording by the time he opened the door.
"Guess who got sick?? The big boy Sammy himself!"
"Shut up..." Locus groaned, turning over in the bed and shoving his head underneath a pillow. Neither of them had expected him to come down with the cold, after all, he was probably the healthiest out of the two of them.
"Aw, come on, you don't want my comfort in these trying times?" Felix teased, walking over to the bed to try and lift the pillow off of Locus's head. The pillow didn't even budge.
"No...go away."
"You're so grumpy, you know that Sammy? A grumpy old man." He said, poking the other before his hand had gotten swatted away.
"So meannn.."
---
Four days later...
"This motherfucker got me sick," Felix whined at the camera, currently curled up underneath the sheets of the bed, trying to give himself some more warmth.
"I didn't do anything to you," Locus grunted, pulling the blanket up so he could see Felix. He placed a hand on his forehead to check his temperature as well, just making sure that it wasn't getting any worse.
"You gave me your fucking germs!""You're being dramatic and you know it."
---
Locus sighed as he pressed the record button on Felix's phone. Before the other had practically passed out, he asked him if he could make a better recording for him.
He moved the camera, putting Felix in view of it. He was currently curled up close to Locus on the bed, and he remembered him claiming it was because he was pretty warm. At first, Locus had said no, but seeing how much the other hadn't felt so well, he let it slide.
"I'm...not really good at these, but..." He paused, looking down at the sleeping male, "Feel better soon, I don't want to clean up puke if your condition gets worse."
Inwardly, he grimaced, knowing full well Felix would make fun of him when he gets better. Then again, it's Felix's fault for asking him to make the video in the first place.
He stopped the recording and placed the phone aside.
It wasn't so bad.
