" i have duties to fulfill so i will be leaving, goodbye prince, ouma" kaito nodded at both the teens and walked out the room.

"Sooo your majesty~ why so dressed up today?" Kokichi bowed playfully, shuichi giggled and sat on his bed next to kokichi "i have to meet akamatsu today" kokichi's smile dropped slightly "sheesh thats still going on?" Kokichi pouted "koki she's my girlfriend and aparently my....fiancé" shuichi cringed a little "See! You dont like it either!" Kokichi pointed out " *sigh* i doing get it.." Shuichi mumbled while playing with the cuffs on his jacket "dont get what?" Kokichi looked at saihara with a tilted face "she's nice! She's pretty! But I just.. i cant seem to think of her as more than a friend...i cringe every time i think of marrying her" kokichi smiled and giggled "there must be something wrong with you then your majesty~" kokichi teased "s-stop...seriously I'm asking for your help! What's wrong with me?" Shuichi looked down as kokichi frowned " *sigh* o-Kay! Ill help my beloved prince!" Shuichi blushed and looked at his friend

"Lets see....i got it! I'm doing an act later today i think it may be for you're diner with miss akamatsu-' he said that in a fancy tone making shuichi giggle "so ill observe your date with her!" He exclaimed "are you certain? Would that not distract you from your show?" Shuichi asked concerned "nah! I'd doo it and watch you! Ykow i can juggle~" kokichi bragged "that is an entire different thing.." shuichi muttered "now then prince saihara-chan! When's your date?" Kokichi stood up from the bed with his hands behind his head "uhhh 10 minutes" shuichi said looking at the clock "10 min- i...Hurry up then!" Kokichi pulled shuichi by the hand and began running.

"You know if you weren't my best friend this could be punished" shuichi huffed fixing his hair and crown outside the castle dining hall "yeah yeah what ever! Get in there and go see kaede-chan!" Shuichi nodded and went inside.

"Ah saihara-kun! pleasure to see you again, and may i add you look rather handsome" kaede smiled at shuichi "you look pretty aswell kaede-san" , kaede was wearing pink  a floor length gown music notes all around in silver detain, her crown was golden with one purple jewel at the tip and her hair was tied up half up half down, shuichi nodded with a small smile and sat down "so how is the kingdom doing?" She spoke up "rather well actually! We have a few new stores and they've found another mine with new resources" shuichi smiled looking down at his plate. They were having steak and salad with simple water...how boring, shuichi picked up a fork and began poking at the stake soon aster kaede did "how is harmony kingdom?" Shuichi asked wiping his mouth "I'm not too sure... mother and father dont tell me too much about the economy, i spend most my time on the piano" she giggled "hows that going?" Shuichi questioned "ive learnt a few new songs! Moved up a level too, what do you do in your spare time saihara-kun?" She tilted her heart slightly while picking up her glass of water "sometimes i read books in the library of the Castle but most of the time i spend time with koki" shuichi stopped eating for a second and rethought the words he had just said..no prince is supposed to use nicknames! Its improper "ko...ki?" Kaede tilted her head once again "ah..i misspoke.. kokichi ouma; our royal jester" shuichi looked down at his food letting hair cover his eyes "you spend time with your jester?"

shuichi gulped "yes..hes my most valued friend i would say" he looked to the side taking a sip of water yet again avoiding eye contact "ah i see..thats very...intriguing" kaede smiled "i guess it sort of is" "i mean a prince and a jester? Best friends? How unusual!" She pondered "don't get me wrong I'm not against it..not that i have a say in your relationships but ive never met this person he must be quite the charmer to get a prince to give him a nickname" she observed shuichi chuckled nervously and poked once again at the nearly finished plate "what will you be doing after lunch?" Shuichi looked up kaede "I'm not sure...maybe see ouma? I dont do much during the day" shuichi responded "why dont you introduce me to this ouma after lunch hm?" She finished up her plate and stood up with a kind smile "a-alright then come with me" shuichi stood up aswell and walked down the hall to kokichi's stay in room

Knock Knock Knock

"Coming!" A familiar voice rung from inside "shu-chan whats- oh hello!" Kokichi quickly flashed his attention from shuichi to kaede "koki this is Kaede Akamatsu, princess of the harmony kingdom" shuichi signaled to the pink princess "ooo! Um formal introduction i see.. kokichi ouma! Royal jester" kokichi grinned and shook the princess's hand gently "you're quite the lively one arent you?" Kaede giggled " i guess? Anyway whats brought you two royals to my neck of the woods?" He put his hand behind his head and swayed back and forth slightly "nothing really but kaede-san wanted to meet you" shuichi explained "oh? Did your majesty mention lowly me? I'm honoured! What would you like to know princess?" Kokichi bowed at kaede making her giggle at his antics "there isnt much i wanted to know, just your appearance and genuine demeanour" she smiled "o-Kay! Well I'm a jester so i hope I'm amusing otherwise my job is on the line!" Kaede and shuichi once again giggled "why dont we go to the gardens?" Kaede suggested "all of us? Arent you guys on a date or something?" Kokichi tilted his head "n-not really its more like a casual meetup i think..right?" Kokichi turned to akamatsu "yup! Just to meet every once in a while and get reacquainted there isnt much romance involved so a little extra company wouldn't be bad!" Kaede flashed kokichi a smile that he returned "already then! To the gardens we go~" and so kokichi led the group of teens to the flower filled royal gardens.
