break- IU diet (fail bc my fam hates me)

ok so the last two days ive been eating really shitty so imma do the iu diet to gain a sembleance of happiness. It's attached at the top as well as right below. this is only for today because I have skiing tomorrow and I need to eat for that. so that plan is on sunday to eat the Saturday part on the SNSD diet, and then do Friday on monday,  and Sunday on tuesday. I think it's getting a lil fucked up somewhere bc I'm skipping a day and I started this tuesday as well but whatevers


ok so i woke up sickeningly late at like 4pm

ok so i woke up sickeningly late at like 4pm. then at like 6pm i ate half an apple and worked onut walking on the treadmill, which burned 413 calories. then i had half a protein shake bc that stuff is rancid. then i had 4 slices of dominoes pizza and 4 garlic knots. (*clown face* it's like my family absolutely despises me bc they keep ordering absolute shite.

fml. at this point im honestly gonna try the IU diet tmmrw again tho im skiing. i think ill eat the apple and 1 sweet potatoe before, then eat seaweed on the way back then fucking cry and maybe eat another sweet potato at home.
