It's a mongoose and a cobra! Or, at least, an attempted-mongoose and a cobra.
The mongoose I drew looks part-cat, doesn't it? I put more effort into the cobra than I did for the mongoose... My lack of patience. I like to think that I'm more patient now.
Fun Fact: Mongooses hunt venomous snakes and are pretty resistant to venom.
Fun Fact #2: There are hardly any poisonous snakes. Poison is something that's dangerous when ingested. Venomous snakes are more common. Venom is dangerous when injected into the blood.
Fun Fact #3: (I don't know if this counts.) I ran over a viper when I was cycling.
It was dark and I thought it was a branch until I was right on top of it. When I was, I was looking down and saw the 'branch' bend. Only then did I realize that it was a snake. I'm fine though. The snake, also, seemed fine. We (me, my dad, and my first dog) went to look for it afterward and saw it slithering away.
