haven is 38 week's pregnant rn and her being pregnant and me working is kinda hard but once she gives birth i get time off so that's good
my mum flew out a couple days ago and has been helping take care of her while i'm at work and everything

i get up getting ready for work while haven was still sleeping
today we had a game but haven hasn't been coming to games recently just coz if anything happens and she's so far into her pregnancy

i get her some breakfast made just coz she's gonna be hungry when she wakes up then b4 i leave the house i walk back into our room and see that she's awake
"u leaving already?" she asks
"ye sorry mamas, i'll be back in a bit" i give her a kiss then i kiss her stomach
"i love you" i say
"i love you too" she says back
i walk out of the room then going downstairs to my mum
"hey mum i'm leaving, call me if anything goes wrong" i tell her
"i will, have a good game love you" she says
"love you too" i reply before leaving the house and driving to the staples center

kyle had just left the house and i was sitting in the living room watching tv when i heard haven call me
"mum!" she calls
"everything ok!?" i ask
"ye i just need help getting out of this freaking bed" she says back
i chuckle before heading upstairs and helping her
she ended up getting ready and after a bit we both went downstairs sitting in the living room while we ate the breakfast kyle had made for us
"can i watch the game??" she asked
"ye, i think it's about to start" i said back turning on the tv

i turn on the tv and we sit down watching the lakers game

half way through the game i started to feel water down my leg
"it's either i just peed myself or my water just broke" i say to karri
"ok don't panic just keep calm and i'll get ur hospital bag" she says as she gets up going into the nursery and getting my bag then quickly coming back to me
"you want me to call kyle" she asks
"he won't pick up, here's my phone call coach"

as the game was going i get a phone call from haven and i immediately picked up as it had to be an emergency if she was calling in the middle of a game

"hello, what's wrong" i ask
"her water just broke, could u tell kyle that" kyles mum says
"just get kyle out of the game please" i heard haven say from the background
"alright just send me the hospital and i'll get kyle off the game rn and over there" i say back to her
"alright thank you" kyles mum says back
i hang up

i immediately call a timeout getting the team together
"kyle u need to go" i say
"huh? why?" he asks
"havens water just broke, i'll text you the hospital but u have to leave now"
"ok" he says getting his stuff off his seat
"coach u gotta take me off" brandon says
"why?" i ask
"i need to go with kuz" he says
"it's his gf. the game ends soon then u can go brandon" i reply
"please coach. i can't miss this yk i'm the only family she has left" he says
"alright, you two go now i can't take almost all of u off so u two and anyone else who wants to can go after the game, i'll get u out of post game interviews" i say referring to josh and zo and just the rest of the players

as me and brandon leave we here the fans asking so many question but we just ignore them rushing out not even bothering to change
brandon ended up driving and i was just sitting there nervous and ig he noticed
"bro don't be nervous it's gonna be fine" he says
"i knew i shouldn't have left this morning" i say back
"it's not like u r gonna miss the birth, plus ur mum is there with her chill out" he replies
