Prologue

In a world where mythical creatures co-exist with humans, with peace.

One day, at a playground, a small girl (4) can be found under a tree. 3 older boys (5-6) are in front of him. The girl has several tentacles. The 3 of them are disgusted by the tentacles. The boys then pushed the girl that she fell on the floor. There are tears visible on the girl's eyes. They are about to kick her when the leader of the boys fell onto the ground.

Boy 1&2: Leader!

The leader: Who did that!

???: It was me! Why did you bully the girl?!

The leader: Can you not see? She's not a human.

The girl are saddened after she heard the words.

???: So? It doesn't matter if she's a human or not. She just want to live like a normal person!

The boys: Like you could do anything with all of us 3 together.

??? Then jumped in front of the girl.

???: You shall not pass.

The boys then punched ??? in the face but he quickly kicked 2 of the boys in the face while dodging the punch. The leader of the boys punched ??? directly in the face. It caused ??? to bleed his nose. But he took the moment where the leader of the boys let his guard down and punched him in the face several time. The boys then ran off somewhere.

??? Looked at the girl.

???: You okay?

The girl:*nods*

???: Good. Anyways, my name is Y/n. I'm 4 years old. What's yours?

The girl: M-my name is I-Ina... I'm 4 years old too...

Y/n: Ina? That's a beautiful name.

Ina: T-thank you.

Y/n: wanna be my friend?

Ina: Even if I'm not a human?

Y/n: well, that doesn't really matters.

Ina: Then I want to be your friend!

Y/n: Yay, anyways, I'm gonna wash my face.

Ina: Are you okay?

Y/n: of course.

Y/n washed his face and returned to the playground. He plays together with Ina until the sun are setting.

They then returned home.

(At Ina's home)

Ina: Mama, I'm home!

Mamanis: Oh, welcome home, darling. How is your day?

Ina: Not really good. 3 boys pushed me that I fell down.

Mamanis: Oh no. What happened next?

Ina: Then, this really kind and cool boy came and beat them!

Mamanis: Really? He must've been a gentleman.

Ina: Yeah! And he said that he wanted to be my friend! His name is Y/n.

Mamanis: Well, that's good. Now go take a shower.

Ina: Okay.

Y/n and Ina are now best friends. Y/n had came to Ina's house several times to either had a sleepover or to visit her if she's sick.

(12 years later)

Y/n and Ina study in the same high school together. They are in a same class. Class 1B.

Y/n are smart and very good at boxing. He is 187 cm at the time.

Y/n has several friends. They hangout with each other from time to time.

Y/n can cook and always have some sort of weapon if he leave his home except school.

The weapon he mainly uses is a small pocket knife which has a very strong flash light attached underneath it.
