You wake up to to Netflix's typical "are you still watching" screen saver. You turn around to see no one.

Y/n: oh ok?

Confused, you get showered, get dressed and go next door to Sykkuno's.

Y/n: Hey. Are you busy?

Sykunno: Not at the moment no. Why?

Y/n: I'm just in the mood for (favorite breakfast).

Sykunno: oh yeah. Just let me get dressed.

As you wait for Sykunno, you decide to text Corpse.

Y/n: Hey Corpse. I hope I didn't scare you off.

No answer.

Sykunno: Ready?

Hey guys! I'm a bit stuck. I'm not really sure what to write in this next chapters. Sorry for the long wait for nothing.

Pfft. Really? You think I'd make you wait this long for nothing? Smh

Y/n: yeah...also I'm driving

You say as you quickly grab the keys and walk to the car.

You were waiting to get your breakfast when you notice someone standing in another line across from you.

You walk up to him and tap in on the shoulder.
Y/n: corpse?
You whispered.

Corpse: oh...uh hey y/n

Y/n: I uh hope I didn't-

Sykunno: Hey y/n we have to...oh hi!

Corpse:hey Sykunno.

Sykunno: well I'm just gonna go. I don't wanna interrupt

Corpse: No no you're not I was just going.

He grabbed his things and left.

Sykunno:what's up with him?

Y/n: I don't know but I think it's because of me.

Sykunno: how come?

Y/n: well all we did was hang out, but I guess I scared him off because he was gone before I woke up

Sykunno: oh well I bet it's nothing. He's probably in a rush ya know

Y/n: yeah... hopefully

???: Hey! Can I talk to you for a sec?

Sykunno:uh I guess

You nudge him towards the girl as a sign that its okay

Y/n: go ahead I'll be over here
You say as you sit down at the nearest table.

You laugh at the sight of Sykunno being flirted with.

After the talk, Sykunno shyly walks over to you.

Sykunno:uh...haha sorry

Y/n: Did you get her number
You smirked.

Sykunno:I might have..
He blushed

Y/n: ANYWAY where are we headed to next?

You ended up spending the rest of the day with Sykunno and didn't get home until midnight.

You said your goodbyes and went home.

Y/n: a nice hot shower sounds great right about now

Just as you finished showering, you prepared yourself to go to sleep....well not right now.

You get a call from Sykunno.

Sykunno: Um hey ik we have been hanging all day and you're probably tired but I got invited to a lobby and we need a fill.

Y/n: sure. What game?

Sykunno: Gartic Phone

Y/n: ooo sounds fun. I'll be there in a sec.

You join the lobby to see Toast, Corpse Rae, Sykunno and some more

Sykunno: okay she's here

Tina: We're starting?

Everyone: yup

Y/n: oh...damn what should my story be? Oh (your choice of story.

After hours of laughter and terrible drawings you decide it was time for you to get some sleep.
But for some reason, sleep never came.
You found yourself laying in bed wondering why Corpse had been so quiet and distant. And just like the pro overthinker you are, you start imagining the worst.

Did I scare him off?
He probably hates me....or my personality
Am I annoying to him.
Is it something that I did or said?
Or something I didn't do nor say?

On and on thoughts filled your head until you finally drifted off to sleep.

After what seemed like 3 minutes, your 9:00am alarm went off. You quickly dismiss it without opening your eyes as you wanted to get as much sleep as possible. Nope. As soon as you rest your head back into your pillow you get a phone call.
Not really caring for the caller ID, you pick up the phone and greet them with your very groggy morning voice.

Y/n:hellooooo?

???: HEY UH DID I WAKE YOU UP? YOU SOUND PRETTY TIRED.

You quickly shot up as soon as you recognized that voice.

Y/n: Oh uh no. I just woke up that's all. What's up?

Corpse: I UH WANTED TO EXPLAIN UHH...YOU KNOW WHAT. NEVERMIND SORRY.

As confusing as that was, you just decided that it was best if you got up and showered.

Two weeks have passed and I haven't heard from anyone. No text from Corpse, no lobby invites, and surprisingly no Sykunno either.
These two week really only consisted of two streams of Little Nightmares and boredom.

You decided to call Sykunno just to check on him.

Sykunno: hey y/n

Y/n: heyy. I figured I'd call you since I haven't heard from you in a while. Got any plans?

Sykunno: uh yeah actually I uh have a date.

Y/n: oooooo ok HAVE FUN!!!
