Solis— named after the Latin word for sunlight — is impulsive, reckless and angry. She hates the world, and the way it sunk its violent claws into her's, tearing it apart. She had come to terms with the idea that love isn't real, and if it was then it was devastating.
Enter Moon, a optimist in every sense— popular, virtuous and a hopeless romantic. She fell in love with fairy-tales, daydreaming and false perceptions. She lived her life like she was the star of a rom-com, waiting for her person to come.
When Moon meets Solis she swears it's fate.
Solis disagrees.
Between high school stereotypes, preconceived notions and the new karate rivalry, the two find theirselves on polar opposite worlds. Perhaps there's a reason a solar eclipse only occurs twice a year.
