Chapter 28 Declaration of War

Y/N was walking with Pieck to the place where they would Declare War.

Y/N saw Colt and Zeke talking

"Where's Falco?" Colt asked

"He said he recognized someone and ran off to greet them." Udo said

"Really? Is he gonna make it back in time?" Colt asked

"Come on, today's a celebration. Relax a little!" Porco said putting his arm on Colt's shoulder

"Look at all these people." Pieck said looking around

"Huh? He's back." Pieck said

"Officer Braun!" Falco ran to Reiner and Gabi while panting

"Where have you been?" Gabi asked

"Can you come with me?" Falco asked

"Right now?" Reiner asked

"It'll be fine. We still have time." Y/N said looking at his watch

Falco went to a place while Reiner followed him.

"It's about to happen..." Y/N said in his thoughts

"Wow. Even General Calvi is here." Zofia said

"I never thought I'd see the Heart of the Marleyan armi in the internment zone. And there are ambassadors and famous families from around the world." Udo said

"Not to mention reporters from all the biggest newspapers." Porco said

"Feels like we're at the center of the world, doesn't it?" Pieck said

"Mr. Y/N, your family's influence is something else." Colt said

"Yeah." Y/N said

"Even though they're Eldians too." Porco said

Suddenly, the people at the stage started blowing their trumpets.

"It's starting." Gabi said

"I wonder what's taking Falco and Mr Braun so long." Udo said

A soldier suddenly stood straight infront of them.

"Marleyan Warriors. Captain Magath has summoned you." The tall soldier said

Y/N, Zeke, Pieck, and Porco stood up.

"Lord Tybur, Magath didn't summon you." The soldier said

"Okay." Y/N said sitting down again

Zeke, Pieck, and Porco followed the soldier.

The curtains opened and Willy appeared. Willy bowed infront of them as they took pictures and gave him a round of applause.

"Allow me to tell a story. Approximately one hundred years ago, the Eldian race ruled the world with the power of Titans. Between the appearance of the Founder, Ymir and the present day, Titans have stole the lives of so many people that the present population of the world could die thrice over and still not compare. Because of the Titans, an extraordinary number of races, and the cultures and histories thereof, have been stolen from this world. That slaughter has defined human history and the history of the Eldian Empire. And when the Eldian Empire ran out of enemies, it turned to the killing of it's own kind. Thus began the Great Titan War. Houses holding eight Titans shed blood in combat among themselves. In the desperate times, one Marleyan saw a path to victory. He was our hero, Helos. By artfully waging an information war, he led the Eldian Empire's biggest threats to turn against and kill one another. He then joined hands with the Tybur Family ans successfully drove King Fritz, for whom victory was now out of reach, to Paradis Island." Willy said and people started clapping
