Well hello, we meet again. This day is when everything started, when I got Mars, and when my life was going to change forever.

Anyways, we saw a big carriage. Elijah groaned. You know why? Because that carriage meant Miss Baltimore. Elijah was the only one of us that Miss Baltimore had beaten(hit with a stick).

Elijah said, "Oh no, not Miss Baltimore." Jasper asked, "Who's Miss Baltimore? That name sounds stupid." I rolled my eyes as it started to rain. Jasper doesn't exactly have the best memory. "Oh, does it have to rain cats and dogs again?! It's the third time this week!" Elijah complained. "Apparently, ndio," I replied, "And Jasper? Miss Baltimore is that old lady that has wrinkles all over herself. She has grayish-white hair that is very dry-" "How can you tell it's dry?" Elijah asked me. "I'm a girl. She's a lady. Well, she's an old lady, I should say." "Okay?" "Her hair's put in a bun, and she's the headmistress of the academy-'' I stopped.

The golden-pink carriage was drawing near, and Yvonne was nowhere to be in sight. I knew Jasper and Elijah could tell what I was thinking; they always did. Well, sometimes. It's like they could read my mind- sort of. I could too.

Jasper stared at me blankly. He said, "Don't tell me Yvonne stayed up all night with Banana." "Hapana," I said as I burst into laughter, "She stayed up all night with Popcorn." I stopped laughing.

Elijah put his hands on his cheeks, which had turned into a deep shade of red. Jasper didn't have a clue about what I was thinking currently because as I told you, he has a terrible memory.

Elijah exclaimed, "If she's still asleep, then Miss Baltimore will kill(not actually) her! Hate to admit it, but she has muscles like Hercules!"

Jasper said, "I'll do it. I'm the fastest." "But least persuasive," I argued, "I'll do it." "How 'bout I do it?" Elijah suggested. Jasper and 1 sighed. Elijah usually takes advantage of some things when we argue. It's really annoying, but I suppose that's what we get for arguing. "Oh, Eli." I sighed.

Elijah rushed into the tent... wait. I think you're wondering how we make a living in a tent. Well, you see, that tent is magical. When you go inside, there is a small table, a T.V., an even smaller refrigerator, some cooking utensils, a cooktop, and two bunk-bed. Yvonne and Elijah share the first bed, and me and Jasper share the second one. The girls sleep on the bottom bunks, and the boys sleep on the top bunks. We keep our stuff in a cabinet next to us.

I like keeping a notebook, a pen, a photo album, and a camera. Ivy has tons of pet carriers with animals inside(she loves animals) and quite a few mystery books. And, the boys have FLOATING cabinets next to them. Elijah has potions and magic books because he always says that you have to be prepared for anything- you can't forget his magician hat. Jasper likes keeping a notebook like me, and a pencil... Oh, and tons of chocolate. Jasper LOVES chocolate. I'd probably say he loves chocolate more than Yvonne loves animals. Also, we all keep a backpack.

A reason Ivy like animals also crashes into our water source. See, when you're younger than 13 years old, you have a dog or a cat or some normal pet. Not when you're an outsider, though. But when it rains, it rains on cats and dogs. Seriously. No water. Yvonne usually feels bad when the dogs and cats(sometimes kittens and puppies) hit the ground. But if it doesn't rain, you might wonder this: How do we get water? Like I said, a reason Ivy likes animals crashes into our water source. Instead of raining water, it rains cats and dogs. Wherever they go, they leave behind water. We drink the water they give us to survive, and Yvonne usually loves taking care of them. She heals them and keeps them. She doesn't want them going outside when the war's happening.

Anyways, back to the topic, or I'm pretty sure I'll get into trouble.

[(Present) Elijah glared at me, wearing an expression that stated "You're taking way too long." "What can I do? It's the only way to persuade the reader and save us! I'm doing my best!" I mouthed at him. Yvonne n' Jasper are really grumpy, since Yvonne's animal friends and Jasper's chocolate were taken away from them. (Fine, back to present. Looks like my friends are gonna turn their backs on me otherwise.)]
