Four(Leo x Talia)(pt 1)

"Leo!" The silver haired girl watched as the boy she loved walked towards the door. He only turned when he heard her desperately call for him. When he looked into her eyes, he saw betrayal, panic, and the smallest spark of hope

"If you walk out that door..." she started, composing herself and swallowing her tears. "You won't be one of us. You'll be one of them and I'll treat you like it." He watched as the fear, the panic, the betrayal, left her eyes, replaced with fiery rage, and it killed him that it was directed at him

He'd seen it so many times, always pitied the person under the gaze of the girl he fell in love with. He never truly knew how scary it was. How painful it was. Almost like a branding iron was being shoved down his throat, and all over his skin, burning him while being perfectly fine

He swallowed the tears and simply said.

"I'm sorry..." he made eye contact one final time with the girl, and walked out the door
