When we left the train there was a man calling for all of the first years.

Hermione wished me good luck and then we split up.

I went over to the man and waited for all of the other first years.

When every first year was there we started walking towards a lake.

When we arrived at the lake we saw many little boats at a pier.

We all got into the boats in groups of two.

I was with a girl with red hair and freckles.

"Hi." she said shyly.

"Hi!" I responded "Im y/n lupin."

"Oh, nice to meet you! Im Ginny Weasly."

We shook hands and sat next to each other in the boat.

Me and Ginny chatted a little bit and then  all the boats started to move.

We went across the lake towards a big and very beautiful castle.

The sight of the it was breathtaking.

After maybe like 5 minutes all of the boats started to slow down.

We all got out and walked towards the castle.

We stopped at a enormous wooden door.

"Ohh I'm so nervous!" Ginny said. "What if everyone is going to stare at us!"

She looked very scared, so I tried to calm her down.

"Don't worry, it'll be alright." I said while putting my arm around her shoulder.

Oh god, I was so bad at comforting other people...

Ginny looked at me "Thank you, I can already tell that we'll be friends!" she said smiling.

Then a lady with a piece of parchment in her hand showed up in front of us.
