I know I shouldn't get upset when people get busy. But it's different when someone promises something, and then it just never happens, or something happens and the promise gets broken.. And I feel like I'm making people mad because I get upset and depressed when promises get broken.. It makes me feel like I shouldn't even get my hopes up and that I'm not worth making promises for.
