Jabrea
I woke up and did my morning routine before going to get dressed
I put on some shorts and oversized tee then slipped on my yezzy slides and heading to work
45 minutes later I was finally at the hair salon and went inside starting to set up my station
My first client would be here shortly so I began getting the hair ready since all she wanted was knotless braids
The front door open and my client walked in
"Hey girl" she said before sitting down
"Hey how are you?" I asked
"I'm good oh and I washed my hair last night to save you some time"
"Thank you so much" I said and got started on her hair

I pulled up to Tay house and parked my car getting out
"Tayyyyy" I yelled running to hug him
"Unt unt demon get off me" he said acting disgusted
"what I do?"
"You're fake, you don't call me or nothing"
"We we're just on Facetime last week" I laughed
"Okay and??? I could've died"
I rolled my eyes at his dramatics and hugged Laila
"So what I miss"
"Everything" Tay said mugging me
"Just a heads up Khalil is here" Laila said to me
"Okay and?" I shrugged
Fuck that nigga he not finna keep me away from my friends
I heard the front door open and Khalil walked in. My heart started beating fast for some reason and I just looked away
"Hey y'all" he said and dapped up Tre
Once he saw me it got quiet and everybody just sat there
"Um come on y'all let's give them some space" Laila said
As Tay and Tre got up walking out the room. When everyone was gone Khalil sat down and looked at me
"Hey" he said
"Hi" I whispered
"Can we talk?"
"We have nothing to talk about" I shrugged
"Brea" he said and mugged me
"What? I don't wanna keep dis-"
"I didn't cheat on you Jabrea" He said cutting me off
"What?"
"I never cheated on you or did you wrong in any way of form you just never let me explain"
"And before you say anything just let me talk. I went to a kickback with Tre this girl tried to make a move on me and I dubbed her"
"So like 30 minutes pass and I grabbed something to drink after that everything else is just a blur. She laced my drink and then started black mailing me"
"That's how you got that video" he said
What in the fuck. So many thoughts started running through my head and I didn't even know what to believe
"You might not believe me but I have the evidence if you want to see it" Khalil told me
"I- why didn't you tell me this?"
"I tried and you didn't want to hear it, you flipped out then refused to talk to me, blocked me on everything so" he said
"But you could've told me this when it happened" I happened
"How was I gonna tell my girlfriend I got drugged? And on top of that you never gave me the chance to tell you"
"Khalil I'm sorry" I said as my voice cracked
I don't know why but tears started to fill my eyes and as my brain tried processing everything the biggest emotion I felt right now was regret
"Come here don't cry" he said and hugged me
"I'm so sorry" I cried
"Shhhh it's not your fault and I should've spoke up" he said
I wiped my tears with the back of my hand
A few minutes later everyone walked back into the living room
"Y'all done?" Destiny asked
"Yea"
"wait did y'all know about this?"
"Only Tre knew and then I told Destiny and showed her the proof" Khalil said
I sat there in silence and let me thoughts take over
"Go to the bathroom" Khalil said to me
I got up and walked to the bathroom while he followed behind me
"Here" he said grabbing the baby wipes and handing them to me
"I'm sorry" I said again
"Jabrea stop it you messing up your makeup" he said and wiped my tears
"I don't care about my makeup right now. I feel bad and you were hurt"
