Book One in the "Hard Love" series.
It's hard being knocked down. And it's even harder getting back up.

First of all, thanks for checking my story out! You have no idea how much it means to me, seriously, you rock. If you like my work, feel free to vote and comment, because it makes my day every day.
Second, below I have included character aesthetics and a playlist. But that's not all! Go to my profile and click the link in my bio to go to my Pinterest or find me @/paigebrownwrites to see moodboards I have made for my books.
Third, you might have come here to read this before Teach You To Love or something to that effect, but you don't necessarily have to read this in order to read the sequel. They both feature entirely different couples, and while Teach You To Love may contain minor spoilers and not have as much background as you might like (Because it needs edited and I've been slaving away at this story to get it rewritten) you can still read it on it's own.

The only problem is the outlier of their ragtag group, Isaac. He's hot as hell with a knack for riling me up and an itch to know the truth about my past.
Resisting him is becoming impossible as I feel my body seeking him out like a magnetic pull. But no matter how tempting he may be, I need my mind to catch up to my body, and that means closing old wounds. Even worse, it would mean coming clean about why I came to this small town.
And I never, ever planned on doing that.
