Chapter (22) James Pov

Lily, Sirius, Peter and Remus and I board the train. Lily as soon as we get on the train leads us to a compartment and she sits down and opens her bag and pulls her wand. "What my birthday is right after Christmas a month after after can't i practice something." She says
She mutters some Silenus spells that cover Peter with zits cause that's who's she's aiming her wand at. "Sorry, Wormtail." She says muttering the counter curse and they remove.
The rest of the train ride she's silent. She looks at something then she quickly puts it away. "Accio whatever Evans was just looking at." Sirius says
It's a book and it flies towards Sirius. "it's a letter." He says
She's pointing her wand at Sirius and muttering a hex or curse. "Accio, Letter." She says after Sirius's hair was blue.
She shoved it out the window. "If you want to know that's the letter that stated my parents were attacked by death eaters and my parents were out into a hospital expecting a big surgery ahead of them." She says
Lily gets up and changed into muggle clothes at least that's what she had on when she sat back down.
She says a spell to remove the blue hair after leaving it for half the train ride. She enjoys talking to Remus Lupin. Sirius and I planned our next big prank for the school and we were ready. "Were gonna apperate back 3 weeks before the actual date. Sirius and I want to prank and Lily and I have head duties." I say
"You told your parents I'm coming right." Evans asked me
"of course I did Evans I'm not stupid" I say
"You forgot." Sirius says
"No I didn't." James says
Lily was silent the rest of the way. She was unsure about apperating but she allowed it. Remus did the magic and we appeared in front of my house Potter manor.
"Welcome to Potter Manor." I say
Lily stood in complete shock. "You've never seen such a big house." I asked
"No! I live in a small cottage in London." She says
We walk in there's my parents welcoming My friends and I back. "James You've brought a girl." My mom asked
"Hi Mr. and Mrs. Potter I'm Lily Evans." She says
"The Lily Evans the girl James hasn't stopped talking about since he was 11." Mom says
"Lily, I'm Scott Potter and my wife's name is Madison Potter." Dad says "Hey James have you had your first kiss."
I look at Lily for a second and she's laughing "Sorry Mr and Mrs Potter he's already had his first kiss at the beginning of the term." Lily says
we walk in and I show Lily her room and she walks up the stairs to it.
Sirius looks at me "Mate, Make sure she doesn't wander into my room." He says as I'm waking up the stairs. Lily leaves her stuff in the bag. She hugs me which takes me by surprise.
"Thanks for letting me stay." She says
"Anytime Evans." I say
We walk downstairs hand in hand. Sirius hold out his hand and Peter hands him a few coins and I snicker what bets could they have made.
Lily sits down on the couch and an ministry owl flies into the window and drops a letter in Lily's lap She puts it inside her pocket after she didn't even bother to read it.
I grab it from her. "Here, You may want to read it." I say
We watch as her eyes widen as she reads the letter. Tears suddenly fill her eyes. "What did it say." Peter asked
"It said that there was a death eater attack in my neighborhood and there was a young wizard there and they thought it was me and the death eaters took my parents." Lily says
"So Sorry Lily dear, we were called for that case yesterday and we're doing everything we can for you." Mom says
"It's fine, Thank you for telling me that. I'm safe and I know my family will be to soon." She says using a fake smile. I can tell that Sirius noticed to just by the look on his face.
"Are you sure Evans?" I asked
"Yes, Why wouldn't I be?" Lily asked
I sighed. My mom called us for dinner. I sat between Lily and Sirius.
"Delicious meal Mrs. Potter." Lily says "Thank you so much for letting me stay here."
"It's not a bother my dear." Mom says
After dinner Lily says she's tired and goes to her room. Sirius and I go up there after a while leaving Moony and Wormtail down there in the family room.
She's sound asleep. I guess she really was tired. Sirius and I go down to the family room . We play cards until Moony goes to his room and goes to sleep. Then Peter goes to his. Sirius and I go to the room we share and we go to sleep.
