Chapter 7

" Johnnycakes what happened?" The gang starts asking so many questions. As my head start to throb. I feel this pain when someone talks.

Johnny looks over at me then the guys. The guys aren't happy at all.

" he has rings." Johnny whispers out. " the rings"

The guys nod. Not really understanding what he is saying. I look at Johnny and nod slowly.

I look at his face and see ring marks on his cheek.

Someone touches my arm. I jump up and yell" OW!"

Darry comes over and looks at it and sighs heavily. " I think it's broken."

I look up at him. My ankle hurts too. As darry looks at it I try not to pull away.

" its sprained." Darry says with relief.

Pony just looks at me. " why did ya leave anyways?" Soda asks me

"I wanted to go to the park." I explained. I see pony roll his eyes and I notice johnny nudges him a little.

Darry and the gang sighs. Besides pony. I start feeling eleven more upset at the fact he doesn't care. He doesn't care if I'm gone or here.
