Ch. 5 "Price"

                                                                Rylan POV 

Tony introduced me to everyone, 

"Alright Rylan Steve and Bucky are going to take you to the room you are going to be staying in," Tony said 

"Okay," I said smiling at him 

"Hey again, Mister Bucky and Mister Steve," I said 

"You can just call us Steve or Bucky," Steve said 

"Okay Just Steve," I said as we walked 

Bucky chuckled, 

"She got you good Steve," Bucky said 

"Yeah she did," Steve said 

We walked into the room and I was stunned, 

"You sure this is the right room?" I asked looking around 

"Yeah, why?" Bucky said 

"This place is bigger than my house," I said laughing 

"Well now it's your room," Bucky said 

"Wow!" I said excited looking around 

I heard them chuckle behind me

"Miss Richards , Bruce and Tony would like to see you in the lab," A voice said 

I looked around like I was hearing voices in my own head, 

Steve Chuckled, 

"That's FRIDAY," Bucky said 

I nodded, 

"Come on we'll take you there," Steve said 

I nodded as I walked in-between them, 

We arrive and see Bruce and Tony,

"Rylan perfect, we want to see this little gift of yours," Tony said 

"But most importantly we want to see what goes on inside you when you do," Tony said 

"Okay?' I said 

"Don't worry about it kid," Tony said 

They hooked a bunch of wires on my head and chest,

"Now go ahead heal," Tony said 

I arched my brow, 

"Someone has to be injured," I mumbled

Tony grabbed a knife, and walked over to Steve and sliced his hand

My eyes got wide, 

"Tony what the hell!" Bucky said 

"Oh quiet terminator," Tony said 

"Okay Rylan, now try to heal him," Tony said 

"Okay..." I said nervously 

I lightly grabbed Steve's hand and my hand glowed green, after a while I let go of Steve's hand and it was completely healed, 

Tony and Bruce looked at the machine, I looked at Bucky and Steve worried, 

"It's alright Rylan," Bucky said smiling at me, 

                                     Bruce POV 

"Tony look at this," I said 

We could see her temperature dramatically dropping along with her blood sugar, 

We look over at Rylan she looked drained, completely tired, 

"Alright Rylan that's all we need for you for now," I said smiling at her taking the wires off, 

"Come on Rylan you look tired let's get you to bed huh," Steve said taking her hand, 

Rylan didn't say anything just simply smiled and took Steve's hand while she grabbed Bucky's metal hand, and they walked out, 

"Tony did you see this," I said showing him everything, 

"Yeah, her healing comes at a price," Tony said sadly 

                                              Rylan POV 

Some how along the way to my room I couldn't walk anymore and Bucky ended up carrying me, after a few turns down the hallway we made it back to my room, 

Where I could barely keep my eyes open, I felt myself being lowered to the soft bed, 

my shoes being taken off and being tucked in under the covers,

                                           Bucky POV 

I laid Rylan on the bed, 

"Steve she feels cold," I said 

Steve looked down at her, feeling her forehead 

"Yeah she does,"He said 

He took her shoes off, and I covered her up, 

"Lets see what Tony and Bruce found out," Steve said 

I nodded walking out closing the door quietly
