Ayesha's pov.

The previous week was very hectic to be precise with all the contract papers, graphs, presentations and what not. And in this mess I had totally forgotten that I am going to work with Ahaan.

Yes, that night when we came to know about this and Ahaan walked out, he later texted Nikhil sir saying that he is ready to work with me.

Well after that I had no other option than to accept this because this project is something through which I would be able to prove myself. Nikhil sir has trusted me with this and I can't risk my career for someone as heartless and a jerk like Ahaan.

I am still in my bed. It's Monday and me along with Nikhil sir and my team that's going to work on this project under me is going to meet Ahaan and his team for dinner. It was Ahaan's project manager who wanted to meet all of us before we share a professional relationship and found this really good idea. Because for sharing good professional relations it's necessary that we all share at least a day's friendship or meet face to face.

And for that reason we all have a day off and we have to reach the restaurant around 8 in the evening and I am in no mood to attend this dinner considering the devil that would be present there in the dinner.

But why the hell is he affecting me this much? I shouldn't give a damn, this should not affect me the way it is doing.

I shrugged the thought while throwing my blanket aside and went to freshen up. It was 10 by the time I got a good relaxing shower, dried my long hair and wore some comfortable clothes.

I went down and saw that dad had already left for his shift and bhai was chilling in the living room.
I went to the kitchen to fetch myself a cup of coffee and greeted mom and had a small talk with her, informed her about the dinner and walked to the living room.

"Hello sis! Good morning" Sufyaan bhai greeted me, his full attention on the TV.

I greeted him back and took a seat beside him.
