The day of the funerals arrived quicker than expected. That day was already cloudy, rain threatening to fall, and the funerals only made the day seem even more sad than it already was.

"Mommy? Daddy?" Hina asked, confusion evident in her voice as she cocked her head to the side upon seeing their bodies lay still in their caskets, but she just thought of them as fancy beds. She was being carried in Inko's arms while Kaito was being carried in his other grandmother's arms.

You bit your lip, looking away from the kid and towards the floor as Bakugo put an arm on his forehead while closing his eyes and looking up towards the sky.

"Mommy and Daddy are going to be going away," Inko said with a kind smile as she used all her willpower to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall.

"Maybe I should take you..." you trailed off as you took Hina out of Inko's arms, placing her head on your shoulder in a gentle manner. Well, as gentle as someone who doesn't want kids or know how to hold kids could.

The funeral proceeded. Many gave speeches, you refusing since you knew you would definitely break down, and that was just something you didn't allow yourself to do in front of others. Then the part where they got buried. That was what really broke you.

Did you shed a silent tear? Yes.

Did a certain ash blonde also shed a tear? Yes.

Did you and Bakugo accidentally make eye contact when the two of you were crying? Yes.

Did Hina know what was going on? She didn't have the slightest clue as to why everyone was wearing black and crying, but she looked adorable.

Some time during the funeral you had ended up giving Hina back to Inko. And after Deku and Ochako were buried you went back to the funeral home. You were sitting next to Bakugo wordlessly, observing as everyone made their own little interactions.

"Don't tell anyone I cried," Bakugo muttered towards you, breaking the silence that neither of you viewed as comfortable nor uncomfortable.

"Same goes for you," you replied while letting out a sigh and sitting back in your chair.

The silence consumed the two of you once again. You were just thinking about how unfair life was to take away two people with such significants in your life, but were pulled from your thoughts when your name was called out.

"Y/n, Bakugo. Please come over," Kirishima waved for the two of you.

You looked at Bakugo with a confused look, him looking back at you with one that showed an equal amount of confusion.

"Coming," you said as you stood up and walked over to the little group of people, Bakugo trailing behind you.

Now the group of people was relatively small compared to the amount of people that attended the two pro heroes funeral, consisting of only 10 people or so. In any other circumstances, that would've been considered a crowd, but this was simply considered a tiny group. The people in that group being: Kirishima, Inko, both of Uraraka's parents, Hina, Kaito, Mina, Todoroki, Denki, Jirou, and Tsu.

There were many people there were many people there from when you were still in high school; all of 1A, many students from other courses that the two cinnamon rolls befriended, and many people from the staff who helped the two grow and become great heroes. The other members of 1A were relatively close to where the group that called you over was, easily in earshot.

"What?" Bakugo asked as he looked at his red haired friend.

"I'm sure the two of you know that Uraraka and Izuku have two kids..." Kirishima trailed off.
