Im gonna have two different stories about this.

Itadori POV

Waking up to a comfortable and pleasant scent is amazing. Currently in my arms, my sweet little omega who is currently bearing our child. I was so excited when he announced that he was pregnant. I was going to be a father!!.

Being the alpha, i had to always take care of my little omega since he wasn't feeling to well at times caused by his pregnancy. I always had to be there to support him and give him what he needs. From time to time, i would ask him if he was alright since i couldn't help but worry all the time.

I couldn't help but stare at the beautiful omega bellow me. His soft pale skin that reflected the sunlight, his messy black hair but were still soft. And most importantly, his belly that was carrying our sweet little baby. She's a girl btw.

I didn't realize i was staring too long until he started waking up slowly. "ugh gumornin" Megumi grumbled while inhaling the scent of his alpha. "Good morning my little omega" i said making him purr at the pet name. "eugh imma go to the bathroom real qui-" he didn't even get to finish his sentence as he dashed into the bathroom. Sigh* pregnancies and its morning sickness. Imagine how hard it is carrying a child in your belly.

I was finally getting up preparing to cook breakfast for my lovely omega.

It was currently one in the afternoon and Megumi was in the bathroom checking on himself. I was just peacefully drinking water until i heard Megumi scream.

Megumi's POV

What is this feeling? I feel so dizzy, and i feel like blood is dripping out of my legs. I feel so much pain. It hurts so much. I need help.

Suddenly, the door was smashed open. Ah thank goodness Itadori was here to help me. "What's happening? Are you okay? Are you hur- OMAYGHAD" he screamed in shock as he saw that i was leaking blood. "IM CALLING AN AMBULANCE!"

I was currently laying on a hospital bed breathless as i was trying to push the baby out. God this is so tiring. Aghh come out you little dunkin donut.

Finally after a few pushes, a healthy baby girl came out. Ah i was so tired, lemme take a rest for a while....

Itadori POV

sitting down with me was Gojo, Nobara, and Maki san. I was starting to grow impatient and worried. "hey relax, he's gonna be fine. He's a tough one after all" Gojo said trying to calm me down. Thankfully, after a few minutes of waiting, the doctor had finally come out to give the results. I looked at him with hopeful eyes hoping my omega and pup were ok.

"congratulations, you now have a healthy baby girl" my eyes widened in relief and happiness. I feel like i was going to cry. "can i see them now?" i had to see if my omega was alright. "of course, come with me" i followed him.

And there he was. The love of my life holding OUR baby. I gave a closer look at our baby.

She had the same skin color as me but had the same eye color as Magumi, her hair was i mix of black and pink. She was...... Beautiful.

"what should we name her?" Megumi asked in a soothing voice. "we should name her Y/N" (yeh u get to be their daughter bcs why not)

"Y/N...... Sounds good to me" Megumi smiled warmly. I finally had what i wanted. I happy and healthy family. Everything was now complete. I couldn't ask for anything else.

~9 years later~

Author's POV

"Y/N! Come down, breakfast is ready" with that, you immediately came down to see what you have for today. You were always a fan of food and you weren't that picky. You currently have 2 friends in which you always hang out with every single day.

Your life was perfect. You had a beautiful caring mom and a protecting dad. As you went downstairs. Your green eyes reflected through the sunlight. Your hair, completely soft and neat. You went down to see that the breakfast was bacon and eggs, one of your favorites.

You were wondering where your parents were. "ehh they're probably making out right now" you mumbled slightly smiling. You're thoughts were interrupt with soft foot steps coming from the kitchen.

"Mommy!" you yelled out and wrapped your arms around his waist. "Mornin sweety. How was breakfast?" "it was amazing!!" you turned to look at your dad "how was the breakfast, daddy?" you winked at him teasingly. "uhh it was.. Great" he said embarrassed. "heheeee, well im off to school now. Bye mommy! Bye daddy!" you kissed them goodbye. "bye take care!"

You made your way to school....... And the day goes on
