Forward
When people change, they always change for the better. If it is not for the better, they will not change. They just adopt a new destructive lifestyle. When people change, they move forward. Forwards can never be backward. Moving forward means becoming a more beautiful mind with a kinder heart, and a softer soul. Backward is the result of negative intentions, harmful points of view, and offensive demeanor. Remember that you can never go back in time unless you are in your thoughts, dreams, and feelings. However, time will keep on moving forward. Usually, people say that time is one's worst enemy, forgetting that people and time are relative.
