10 - Safety net ᴀ. ɢʀᴀɴᴅᴇ
"Y/n..?
"Hey Tohru, what's taking you so long? Who's at the door-" Kyo walks up behind Tohru to see her hugging you, while you cry into her arms. She was rubbing your back telling you everything is okay.
"Come inside and I can give you a change of clothes." You nod saying ok to the girl. She lets you in and leads you up stairs ignoring the stairs from the other males in the house. Tohru gives you clothes and leaves her room, making it back down the stairs.
"Was that y/n? Is she ok?" Yuki Asked.
"I don't know. She just came here and didn't tell me what's wrong, so I told her to change because she was soaking and we'd talk later." They all nod as Tohru starts to make some tea.
Back up stairs you were on the phone with your old friend. You haven't talked to her in what felt like years.
"y/n, why didn't you tell me what was going on?" Mai asked.
"I'm Sorry." Was all you could say. Your best frienddidn't even know what was going on in your life. "I have to go but I'll talk to you as soon I can." You told her, then hung up.
Making your way down stairs, in Tohur's clothes.
'Talk about embarrassing' you thought to yourself.
Sitting in your usual spot next to Kyo, you look everywhere but at your friends. You were fiddling with your hands feeling the stares at you from everyone in the room.
"Hey, what's going on?" Kyo asked putting his hand on yours to stop you from messing with them, while of course blushing.
"Well..." So you told them. How your mother hated you for your fathers death and blamed you. Surprisingly you didn't cry anymore that night. You still needed a place to stay. At least till you sorted things out.
"She can stay with us." The three teens suggested at once.
"Umm...are you sure? I mean there are other places...maybe" You didn't want to sound desperate, but hell, you were.
"Of course we're sure!" Tohru said with a smile.
"If you insist." You say letting out an exaggerated sigh. "But seriously, thanks."
'It's crazy to think someone who is always smiling has so much pain in there life' They all thought.

'God I'm so tired.' You think as you go into the room you and Tohru now share. You were taking your shirt off when you heard the door open. You fix your hair and look at the now open door.
"Here is some-uh...sorry." It was Kyo who was at the door. Face a deep red from seeing you with no shirt on.
You let out an awkward chuckle before speaking. "Thanks and its fine." You walk up to get the clothes from him as he looks everywhere but at you. Right after you took the clothes out his hand, he shut the door.
You didn't necessarily mind him seeing you like this. He is your crush after all. You could only hope it was the same for him.
