Meanwhile...
As the lab door shut behind him, Gavin looked around at the testing chamber with curiosity in his bright blue eyes. It wasn't very big, being about 12 feet high, 10 feet long, and 10 feet wide, with a wooden table and chair in the middle of it.
"SCP-10,000, please make your way to the table now," A male voice said over an intercom into the room, startling him slightly.
"Alright," He said, before heading over to the table. Once he got to the table, the intercom came on again, this time with a familiar male voice speaking into it.
"Now, SCP-10,000, please use your abilities on that table," The voice, who he recognized as Doctor Barner, instructed.
"Okay," He said, before reaching out to the table with both hands. He then concentrated and pressed his fingers down on the table. As his fingers pressed down on the wood, it sank down, forming piano keys while making several piano note sounds.
"Good, good. Now, do it again, but with one hand."
"Alright," He replied, before doing just that. Again, the sound of piano notes rang out in the air.
"Excellent, now, try to make the table into a piano."
"Ummmm, I'll try," He answered, a bit confused. 'Can I even do that?' he thought as he looked at the table before him while scratching his light brownish blonde hair. 'Well, I won't know unless I try, like he said to.'
With that thought, he focused on the table as he laid his hands on it, and imagined it becoming a piano. The table began to creak as it started to change before his very eyes. Its legs became rectangular in shape, and gained brass wheels on the bottom, while the table grew a little bit longer, wider, and thicker. A full set of wooden piano keys appeared at the end closest to him, with dark brown keys being the accidental keys and light brown keys being the regular keys. A music stand grew out above the keys, ready to hold some music, while three pedals grew out of a column that appeared at the bottom of the table.
"Incredible. Just incredible," Doctor Barner stated, while Gavin just stared at the piano before him with surprise. "He even managed to change the chair as well!"
"Wait, what?!" He exclaimed, before looking over at the chair. 'Oh. My. God! It's a piano bench now!'
Sure enough, it had changed as well!
The seat portion of the chair had extended and flattened, with a light brown cushion on top of it. The back of the chair had been extended as well, and the chair's legs were now a bit curved, with clawed feet at the ends.
He stared at the bench for several seconds in shock, before walking over and sitting down on the bench. He found that the cushion was very supportive and soft, and he smiled. 'Well, at least I was able to make a piano bench that's comfortable,' He thought, moving around on the bench for several seconds before becoming still once more.
"Alright. SCP-10,000, I would like for you to play on the piano now to make sure it still functions as a piano. Play any song you want."
"Alright," He replied, turning his attention to the piano in front of him. 'Now, what should I play?' He thought, before he thought of one to play. "That should be good," he said, before placing his fingers on the keys. He then began to play "Fur Elise" by Beethoven. (A/N: One of the best covers I've heard is by Rousseau on Youtube.)
