Urien charged Dr. Woo to submit Agent Seiryu to the Faustus Method of mind control

Dr Woo: Like everything, patience is a virtue, Agent Nomad. Yes, we know who you are. After all The Secret Society want you to join us. We want you to become a valued member of our organization
Seiryu: ......

Seiryu was unresponsive as Dr Woo got closer

Dr. Woo: (thinking: Two days and you're already a pawn? To be blessed with artificial intelligence in his head, he's quite a simpleton) Surrender... and you'll find meaning.
Seiryu: .......
Dr. Woo: Surrender... and you'll find release.  Take a deep breath. It's best to comply. Compliance will be rewarded
Seiryu: I'll be... I'll be rewarded... when I beat you to a pulp.
Dr. Woo: There's still spirit in you, after all that time in the Faustus machine? Going to beat me? How do you think you're gonna do that?
Seiryu: First I'm gonna use you as a human shield while I use that screwdriver to dispose of the soldier guarding the room. After that I'll decide weather or not break your neck
Dr Woo: Even if you manage to release your human hand, your bionic arm is disabled and attached to the examination chair. How could you release yourself then?

Agent Seiryu breaks the bindings of his real arm and detach himself from his own forearm, grabbing Dr Woo with what remained of his arm.

Seiryu: Detachable arm ***hole!

Seiryu grabs the screwdriver and successfully tosses at the guard's eye, killing him instantly. Then used his right forearm to grab Dr Woo by the neck

Seiryu: I'm a big fan of your work, Dr. Woo. The G-Project and your own modifications to the adaptoids are inspiring
Dr Woo: You know the Bio-Adaptoids?!
Seiryu: I'm gonna break out of here. There's a 75% probability that Urien kills you for letting me go. 80% for Zemo. You have an option, however. Join my illustrious group and you'll be able to do "meaningful" work
Dr Woo: Join Atlas?
Seiryu: Not them. Join my group. Maybe you've heard of my other alias. R.B.H.
Dr. Woo: Wait! The R.B.H? The owner of half of S.I.N?
Seiryu: Exactly.

Then Dr. Woo realized that it was Seiryu's plan to eventually be captured for their team to find the Secret Society facilities

Dr. Woo: I'm impressed. But, how did you managed to avoid to be brainwashed by the Subliminal Stimulation?

Agent Seiryu knew about the brainwashing of both Captain America and Chun-Li in their respective adventures and took emergency measures Agent Seiryu learned from other hero a sense suppression technique and was able to avoid the imagery of the Faustus machine. Seiryu responds to Woo

Seiryu: It's a technique called  醒來 (目を覚ます)
Dr Woo: 醒來? "Awaken"?
Seiryu: That's right. Well...

Then Seiryu unlocks his Winter Soldier forearm and reattach it to his Tanden arm

Seiryu: Interested?
Dr. Woo: Agreed. I'm already tired of these monotonous experiments. I'm anxious of something new
Seiryu: I will need your help then. We need to save the experiments data stolen from my implants and rescue the young woman that was with me.
Dr. Woo: There's a prisoner wing which I was never accessed to. It's baron Zemo's personal wing.
Seiryu: Let's go!

While heading to the prisoner wing where they held Hinagiku, Seiryu and Dr. Woo stumbles upon another young man that was fighting to escape. Seiryu attack the AIMBrella Operatives that were about to shoot that young man

????: What's going on here, mate?
Seiryu: Compliance will be rewarded. Желание, Ржавый, Семнадцать, Рассвет, Печь, Девять, Добросердечный, Возвращение на родину, Один, Товарный вагон. Umm. Soldier?
