I woke up to someone screaming a few feet away from the cabin,i jumped up to check if jamell was still in here and he was. I stood up and got dressed walking out of the cabin seeing some camp teachers trying to keep people in there cabins.

  I looked up at one of them" what happened" i asked

She looked at me with sympathy " im really sorry we can't tell you more right now but please everyone in your cabin pack your bags" she said

I nodded walking back into my cabin seeing texts from all of my friends which seemed weird so I unlocked my phone starting to read them but only two of them stood out to me.

Kenny: what happened last night? Weren't you with him

Tay🐻: they found kobe. Which makes me think you werent with him last night where you. Call me now.

I sighed clicking the call button and only half of a ring later he answered supprisingly

Tay sighed like he was out of breath " who was in the cabin with you." He said

I looked over at jamell who was still sleeping. He probably didnt get much sleep ever but that would change once we left here " what do you mean" i said

Tay rolled his eyes " i mean. Please do not tell me jamell was in your cabin last night cause that means he... Killed Kobe" he whispered the last part

I sighed " look i gotta go my moms calling me" i said hanging up

Ironically my mom did start calling me after i said that.

  I answered and my mom seemed concerned " hey sweetie i heard about what happened are you okay? Should i stay home from the trip" she asked

I shook my head " no! Ill be all right and plus you need a break from this place" i said

My mom sighed " alright sweetie well i have to leave soon the key is under the mat lock the door and keep me updated" she said

I nodded " alright ma have fun" i said hanging up sighing

The teacher knocked on the door " thirty more minutes untill were leaving" she said

I imeadly started shaking jamell awake and i supprisingly got him passed everyone without being noticed. I watched as he walked into the woods standing there. I slipped back into the cabin and started packing i was almost late but i got all my stuff and took off running towards the bus. I walked all the way to where my friends were sitting and sat down getting a look from tay. I put my head phones in and tilted my head back as the bus started and we started to drive away. I leaned against the window watching as trees would move and lean like someone was walking through the woods Making me smile. It seemed like it was a lot longer drive but the bus was emptier then before cause most of the teachers stayed behind to wait for the police. We drove all the way back to the school, i grabbed my stuff and quickly got off the bus with kentrell and tay following behind me.

  Tay looked at me confused " are you not walking with us?" He asked

Kentrell frowned "no park?" He asked as they both looked at me waiting for a answer

I shook my head " nah i promised my mom I would go straight home" i said walking off without another word

I left tay standing there confused but i really didnt care as much as I usally would have. I basically ran all the way home seeing my mom was gone, i got the key out from under the mat and unlocked the door. I closed and locked the door before going up the stairs i opened my room door jumping when i saw jamell sitting on my bed.

  I smiled setting my bag down " how do you do that" i asked laughing

Jamell shrugged " i move quickly.. Your bus drivers just slow" he suad

I playfully rolled my eyes laying on the bed staring up at him as jamell leaned against the wall closing his eyes.
