This is a bit out of an article by Notgrass I came across while doing school earlier and just.... YES.
The Lord's commands are not burdensome. We make them a burden if we try to rationalize our disobedience or if we split theological hairs about the meaning of this or that word, as the lawyer did when he wanted to justify himself by asking Jesus, "Who is my neighbor?" (Luke 10:29)
The Lord's commandments will challenge us in areas in which we need to grow. This need to grow is what can be difficult.
