Since the avengers have all decided to take a break from the avengers initiative, a lot has happened.

For starters, Harley gave birth to her and Bucky's baby girl on July 7th, three days after Steves birthday. Harley thought that since it was summer time, and her soldier name was the summer soldier, that their baby girl would be named summer.

Everyone thought the name was adorable, but also figured she wouldn't use that name because of bad memories from the past. But, Harley refused to believe them because she wanted to link the name to something she could enjoy.

But right now, it's three years later and nothing has happened to the world that required the avengers, meaning that Bucky and Harley got to raise their baby girl in peace.

"Buck can you grab Summers blanket from her room?" Harley asked, trying to calm down the currently screaming two year old in the living room.

Bucky ran to the baby's room and got her blanket, coming back and handing it to Harley. He could see the look of stress on her face as the child screamed.

Her stressed look grew larger as the doorbell rang. "Who the hell is here?!" She groaned, gently rocking summer in her arms to attempt to calm her down.

Bucky went to the door and opened it to see Steve and Nat. "Someone's not a happy camper today." Nat said as she heard the child screaming.

"Where's my favorite three year old!" Steve said as he approached Harley looking like she was going to scream.

Summer immediately stopped screaming and smiled at Steve. "Teve!" She said with her cute little smile, never being able to call him by "uncle Steve" and calling him "teve".

Steve smiled and took Summer from Harley's arms and tickled her. "Hey kiddo!" He said as the little girl giggle.

Harley couldn't help but sigh in relief as the screams came to an end. "You have no idea.. how long she's been screaming." She said, falling back against the couch.

Natasha laughed and sat down beside Harley. "Oh come on, she can't be that bad. She's a little angel."

"You'd be surprised." Bucky added as him and Steve sat down too, summer sitting on Steve's lap playing with the mans giant hands.

Steve laughed as he watched how summer acted, the child being very calm and gentle around him. "I think she has favorites."

"No kidding." Harley said with a sigh, "I know it's been three years already but damn does this child like to scream."

"That's because she's a little bad ass like her mother." Nat said with a smirk, "just wait until she gets older and started to get into fights, obviously winning them too."

Bucky laughed a little bit and shook his head. "But let's avoid the fighting scene for her, I'd rather not get a phone call that my daughter beat someone up."

Steve smirked and looked down at Summer. "Well people will see her mama and know not to mess with her." He said, "isn't that right kid?"

Summer just giggled and pointed to Harley. "Mamas strong!" She said, her cute little smile plastered on her face.

"Hey what about me!" Bucky said, crossing his arms and looking at Summer.

The little girl just giggled. "Daddy's strong too."

Steve laughed a little bit and felt his phone buzzing in his pocket, pulling it out to see that Tony was calling him. He didn't think anything of it until he answered it and heard a voice he hasn't heard in almost three years.
