I wrote a little something while listening to this song which I totally recommended listening to while reading this and I may have wrote it to get all my feelings out😅🙄
Her face softened as she listened to the song, the lyrics sinking in engraving in her brain as she realized this wasn't a meaningless song. This was the moment she realized that she loved her...she wanted so bad to tell her but there were chains holding her back from moving any closer. She was supposed to love someone else, but how could she when she saw a beautiful face looking at her everyday. That beautiful face that belonged with short black hair flowing freely down her neck as it was previously held in a ponytail. Those beautiful brown eyes with a hint of joy shining through as her smile lights up the world as it all slows down. But those chains held her down from telling her best friend.
