Evaluation day ~

The first evaluation for Part 2 came. Luna was excited to see the trainees. She wanted to see the progress they had made for about 6 days now. 화영 arrived at I-LAND and she walked to the set.

She met up with the other producers and they were all going to I-LAND now. Luna got inside the entrance with Son Sung-deuk and Wonderkid. They arrived and went to the I NEED U unit first. Luna smiled upon seeing the four I-LANDERS.

The three judges went inside the dance room, Luna going in first. She greeted the four trainees and the four greeted her back as well as the other two older males. "How's practice doing everyone?" Luna asked them.

"It's going pretty well" Jungwon said and looked at the others. "That's good to here. Let's start then" Luna said and smiled. The boys got into their positions while the music was being prepared.

After that, the 'I NEED U' unit's evaluation started. Luna just watched their performance with a serious face. Let's say, the day was going to be a little tiring.

Time Skip ~

Luna gave some advice to the 'I NEED U' unit. They were said to be the lowest among the three units. The girl didn't like that kind of mind set.

"Let me ask you four a question, do you think that you'll get the lowest grade for this test?" Luna asked with no emotion or whatsoever.

The boys didn't reply back which could probably meant yes or they're not sure. "If you think about it, probably yes but if you guys want to change that, do better. Give it your best shot for this would be the starting point of your journey. So what if people thinks that this unit will get a low score? Prove to them that even if that happens, you gave it your all. That's all that matters, knowing that you did your best" Luna said.

The trainees were getting teary eyed. Luna gave them encouraging words. 화영 sighed and gave the four trainees a soft smile.

"Practice hard, you can do this! I believe in the four of you and no matter what happens, know you did your best and you have nothing to regret" Luna adviced them.

The four nodded and continued practicing under the guidance of the three judges. Luna felt her chest getting heavy and it was harder for her to breath.

She ignored it and bid goodbye to the four trainees. The three judges went to their next unit evaluation, the 'DNA' unit.

Wonderkid knocked on the door and K opened it for them. They all greeted each other. Luna looked at Ni-Ki with a smile but the young male had a frown on his face.

Luna was confused and sensed something was wrong with them. Anyways, they started the evaluation.

Luna was focused on Ni-Ki on the entire performance. When the intro came, Son Sung-deuk noticed that Ni-Ki did an extra ad-lib.

He paused the music and told Ni-Ki to do the intro alone. Luna watched him do the ad-lib again. The dance choreographer wasn't pleased.

"Why did you add an extra ad-lib? Was there an ad-lib in the choreogrpahy?" the dance choreographer asked him.

Ni-Ki didn't look good and just replied that V did it in their dance practice. "You three, did you guys know about this?" Son Sung-deuk asked the other three members.

"Well yes but I already told him about it" K said formally. Luna felt some tension in the air. It was getting harder for her to breath.

She had to excuse herself and went out of the room. 화영 always brought her inhaler with her just in case these kind of scenarios happened.

The girl took a few breathes in before she can breath normally again. She went back inside the room just to hear the four boys getting scolded.

Son Sung-deuk sighed. Luna looked at the four and their moods were down. "Son Sung-deuk 선배님, can I talk to Ni-Ki in private?" Luna asked the producer.

"Where will you two talk?" the older male asked the idol. "In that room, where there's no cameras" Luna said and pointed at this room.

It was like a storage room so it had no cameras inside. The producer allowed her and she called Ni-Ki to follow her inside the room.

Luna closed the door completely when Ni-Ki came inside. Luckily there was light inside the room. Hwa-Young looked at the younger male but he was avoiding her eyes.

"What wrong?" Luna asked him in Japanese. It was probably more easier for them to understand each other in a language they both understood more.

"Nothing, I'm fine 선배님" Ni-Ki replied. Luna knew he was lying. "I know you're not fine, tell me what's wrong Riki" Luna said to the male.

Ni-Ki looked at her and saw that she had worried written all over her face. Luna really cared about him so much. He was already the little brother she had wanted.

"The ad-lib, I still did it even when K 형 told me not to" Ni-Ki confessed to the girl. Let me remind you that they're talking in Nihongo (Japanese) so the only people that could understand them was probably Jay and K.

"Why did you still do it?" Luna asked him. "I want to make my debut Luna 선배님. I want to make it up this part two because I was in the Ground for the entire part one" Ni-Ki finally said it.

Luna was someone he trusted the most in this show. She always shows her concern to the trainees. The girl was already like their older sister who takes care of them.

Luna didn't say a word and hugged the male. She didn't even thinked twice of her actions. She just wanted to comfort him at the moment.

Ni-Ki was shock but decided to hug her back. It felt like home, being in Luna's arms. Her embrace made him feel safe and like there's someone who understands him.

"It's fine Riki-kun, I know how much you want to debut. Just remember that these trainees here are the members you'll debut with so fighting with them can cause trouble in the future. Riki, if you want to make up for what was in the past, do it with the people around you. You're not alone, a lot of people are here for you, love. Including me, I'll stand as your older sister here. Just know how much I care for you, how much we all care for you Riki" Luna told him while rubbing his back.

It made Ni-Ki cry and his eyes were getting teary. "I'm sorry Luna 선배님, I should have just followed K 형. I'll work with them from now on and I won't be selfish" Ni-Ki said to the girl after getting out from the embrace.

Luna caressed his face gently. "I know the four of you will do great Riki" Luna said. The two fixed up before going out of the room.

Everyone just looked at the two and Ni-Ki's mood got a little bit better thanks to Luna. "I would suggest if Ni-Ki still wants to add the extra ad-lib, you all do it together" Luna said with a smile.

The evaluation continued and it was finally time for the last unit...
