  Lazy morning like these were rare. Funerals were daily affairs and there wasn't a single day that went by whereby not even a single person had passed, thus why Matsun was always so busy. But it was also because of this scarceness that Makki appreciated the time he had with Matsun as much as he did.

  They laid in the bedroom of their shared apartment, the smaller of the pair curled up against his lover. Matsun with his arm draped over Makki's waist and his face buried into the latter's pastel pink hair. The sound of the rain hitting against the window served as a lullaby for the two sleeping bodies who held each other tight, as if afraid that the other would leave if either of them let go.
