(Stay positive and motivated)You might not be focusing enough.
(Try meditation)You might be dehydrated.
(Drinking water helps in shifting, it's no super important <3)You might be changing your method every night.
(Try a method for a couple days, if it doesn't work, try another one. But please try one for some couple days)
