Tony Stark never thought he would see space ever again. Ever since his near death experience in New York years ago, the thought of it scared him to death. But yet here he was, in a flying donut, the view of the universe smacking him in the face.
The handspme wizard wasn't making his experience any better.
Landing the ship was a no brainer but dealing with some space idiots and coming up with a plan was about to drive him nuts
"Are you yawning? In the middle of this while I'm breaking it down?" Huh? Did you hear what I said?" He asked the bald man
"I stopped listening after you said we need a plan" Draw said causally
He turned exasperated
"Ok Mr. Clean is on his own page"
"See not winging it isn't really what they do" Peter Quill explained
"What is it that they do" small Peter asked
"Kick name, take ass" the weird girl with antennas spoke
Tony fought the urge to facepalm. In an all his years of dealing with chaotic heroes this was just concerning
"Alright just get over here please" he sighed in defeat "Mr. Lord can you get your folks to circle up please"
Quill made a face "Mr. Lord, Starlord is fine"
Slowly they gathered up
"We gotta coalesce because if all we come out is with some plucky attitude-"
"Dude, don't call us plucky, we don't know what that means" Peter said "all right were optimistic yes I like your plan, except it sucks so let me do the plan so in that way it might be really good" Peter finished
"Its all about a dance off to save the universe" drax added helpfully
"What dance off" "its not a its not"
"Like in footloose" Peter asked
"Its exactly like in footloose, is it still the greatest movie in history?" Quill asked curiously
"It never was" How dare he
"Dont encourage this alright were getting no help from Flash Gordon" Tony said tiredly as he turned away
"Flash Gordon? By the way thats a compliment. Don't forget im half human so that 50% of me thats stupid, thats 100% you" Quill said smartly
"Your math is blowing my mind right now" Seriously, he was surrounded by idiots. If this people were going to help save the universe, they were screwed
