after a few movies the kids fell asleep and y/n got up picking the twins up and carrying them upstairs doing their night routines then she did the same to king and leilani while vinnie did it to ella after they were all laid down in a bed and ella was in the room with leilani they went back downstairs sitting on the couch then they gave each other a high five

Kobe: what is that
Y: it's what we do every time we get the kids to go to sleep without crying
Kobe: interesting
Y: i know
Kobe: alright well goodnight imma head home
Y: ok goodnight drive safe
Kobe: i will

kobe hugged y/n and she hugged him back then he got up walking out and vinnie and y/n went upstairs getting under her cover and cuddling while watching a movie

Vinnie: have you realized i've never kissed you before
Y: yea i've realized vinnie why you bring it up
Vinnie: none i'm just putting it out there you know because one day i might just go for it
Y: one day
Vinnie: but for real what we doing tomorrow because i wanna go out
Y: where you wanna go sir vinnie
Vinnie: ugh i don't know just hang out with you
Y: aww you're so cute
Vinnie: so i was thinking maybe a drive in movie like we can chill in the back seat of my truck and like make a bed
Y: sounds fun i'm down
Vinnie: alright now let's sleep
Y: sounds good

after that y/n and vinnie fell asleep then once they woke up they showered together just talking and trying to make a handshake and making mountains out of each other's hair then they got out getting dressed then brushed each other's hair after that they brushed their teeth and left out going to wake up the kids doing their morning routine then they went downstairs together making food for themselves and the kids then they laid them down on the table and sat down with the kids eating

King: can we go to dads house today
Y: i can call and ask him
Ella: can i go too
Y: that's a question for your dad
Vinnie: you can go ella
Leilani: yay ella can come

everyone laughed then they continued talking about random crap and just making jokes after all that the kids watched movies while vinnie and y/n went upstairs putting their things in their bags

Vinnie: do you think ella will be ok over there
Y: she'll be fine vinnie
Vinnie: are you sure
Y: vinnie she's going to be ok i promise you kobe is not gonna let anything happen to her and she has king and leilani with her what's the worst that can happen
Vinnie: you're right

y/n shook her head then she called kobe letting him know so he agreed then later he came to the house buckling them all in then grabbing their bags and putting the bags in the back of the car after that vinnie and y/n went upstairs getting dressed in what they were gonna wear to the drive in movie then they grabbed blankets and pillow putting them in the back of the trunk and making the bed thing after that they got in the car and drove to the place when they made it they checked the time and it was seven thirty so they watched a movie on their phone until it was nine then they opened the trunk and laid inside watching the previews before the movie

Vinnie: bruh what if i was a superhero
Y: that's so random what
Vinnie: like imagine i was just flying through the sky
Y: i'd shoot you down
Vinnie: oh um maybe not that idea but it's definitely an idea

y/n and vinnie laughed then they continued having conversations until the movie began then they sat there watching it until a scene came and everyone around them started kissing

Y: well this is awkward
Vinnie: yea it is
Y: while everyone does that we can come up with a handshake to fill this awkward moment
Vinnie: i like the way you think
Y: same

vinnie and y/n started putting a bunch of different handshakes together and making things go together once they finished they went over it a few times then they recorded it and posted it on their snapchat's with the caption "when they kiss we shake" after that they played multiplayer games on their phones not even paying attention to the movie anymore by the time they got done talking and playing the movie was over and half the cars around them were gone

Vinnie: damn what time is it
Y: twelve am
Vinnie: you ready to go
Y: not home
Vinnie: ok well let's go to a place i use to go
Y: where
Vinnie: you'll see come on

vinnie and y/n crawled to the front seats sitting down then vinnie drove off talking to y/n and driving while playing music and making jokes after that they made it to the place and they got out seeing stars everywhere with the moon shining perfectly on the still lake with colorful fish jumping in and out the water and y/n was absolutely speechless

Vinnie: first time you've stopped talking since i've known you

y/n hit vinnie causing him to laugh and she flicked him off then laughed also

Y: now what is this place for
Vinnie: it's where i first went when my wife died
Y: oh
Vinnie: i know it has a dark background but i was hoping if you came with me it could have a beautiful future maybe we can make these sad memories happy ones
Y: ok well let's start with these happy memories
Vinnie: ok well i think you should know i really like you and the vibe you have it's like when i'm around you everything is like a dream it's always fun to be with you and you drive me crazy in both ways but i really like you y/n you're the first girl i've felt like this towards besides my ex and i know i being her up a lot but it's just because sometimes i miss her but when i'm with you i don't think about any of that so i can't let you just roam around freely after you've made such a huge impact on my heart so what i'm saying is will you be my girlfriend y/n
