Dark lipstick can look good on anyone as long as the chase is chosen with the right undertone. Prep ur lips ensuring that they r smooth and moisturized. Then time for application wich really require some concentration. Applying dark shades of lipstick takes time in order to work properly. Apply first, blot with tissue then apply again. Once u have achieved full coverage, set with setting spray or setting powder. Keep the rest of ur make-up simple and fill in ur eyebrows. This balances out ur look.
