*know what Make-up works for your face shape and skin tone (u should dare your self and try putting makeup to know what suites u). Not every make-up look works for everyone. Choose techniques that accentuate your beauty and a technique that u like and feel comfortable for it

*perfecting your makeup skills is not easy don't worry u can do it with a practice and no need to feel like it's not gana work trust yourself and your skills remember every girl had been at this stage there will be mistakes along the way but u will pass and that's okay.
*take care of your skin keep it clean and use skin care everyday
*start out with a fresh face. Before u put makeup on your face make sure it's freshly cleansed. Ideally, u should put on makeup right after your skincare routine.
*as a biggner you may not want to go full on makeup just yet. U can start by skipping a few steps such as using primer and putting on foundation. U can go straight to using spot concealer to cover up any skin blemishes. Then u can use eye shadow with natural tones coupled with lip gloss 💄or soft lipstick 💄for the lips 💋

*For light coverage, u can use bb cream, whereas if u are going for full coverage, use foundation.
*using primer. This is a skippable step but u can definitely use it to make your makeup last longer. It can also be used as a base for your makeup. Make sure to wait about five minutes after using primer before u apply foundation or concealer to let the moisturizer sink in. Make sure your primer compliments your foundation.
*for light coverage, u can apply the makeup using your fingers BUT for full coverage use a foundation, brush or beauty blender.
*wash your beauty sponges and brushes as often as possible
*to avoid cake _face makeup when doing full coverage, use setting powder and then setting spray to give your face an even, natural look! Setting spray locks makeup and makes it last longer.
