Having Kuroo as a boyfriend was not like you thought it was going to be. People think that Kuroo is some sort of player or 'bad boy' because he was a popular athlete. Fangirls adored him, but he never payed attention to any of them. People would also think he would be such a huge flirt. 

But they are all wrong. 
So wrong. 

He was a dork. 

A big one at that. 

(y/n) could never get a moment peace with him. It made her wonder why she loved him so much. 

Her pencil tapped against the dark wood of her desk as she tried study, but it was almost impossible with her boyfriend standing behind her. 

"Are you made of copper and telluruim? Because you are CuTe." 

This is what she meant when she says she couldn't get a moment of peace. 
(Y/n) just hums at his attempt of a pickup line and continues to read the words in her book. 

Kuroo pouts, a little hurt that he didn't get the reaction he wanted. 

"Are you a carbon sample? Because I want to date you." 

Her nose scrunched up at that one. She heard it before actually. When he asked her out on a date, he said those exact lines. 

"One, you used that line asking me out. Secondly, we're already dating." 
Kuroo sighs, knowing she was right. He had to try harder. 

"If I was an enzyme, I'd be DNA helicase so I could unzip your genes." 

No response. 

"You're like an exothermic reaction. You spread hotness everywhere."

"You must be chlorine, cause you are polarizing my bond." 

"How about we form a covalent bond (y/n)?" 

To be honest, she didn't understand most of his science puns. 

"We should be chemist... because chemists do it on the table periodically."

A blush formed on her cheeks. She had about enough of his science pick up lines. 
With a sigh, she turns around in her chair and faces her dork of a boyfriend. 

"If I give you cuddles and kisses, will you stop?" 

A huge smile crawls on his face and he excitedly nods his head. 
With out wasting another second, he picks her up out of her chair and flops down on her bed. 

The both of them moved around a bit so they could get comfortable. Both of his arms were wrapped around her waist, while (y/n)'s head rested on his chest. Listening to his calming heart beat. 

A warm sensation fills (y/n) when she feel him place a small kiss on her forehead. In response she looks up and place kisses on his neck and jawline as well. 

Kuroo sighs in content when he feels her lips on his skin. 

His grip on her tightens a bit. He was so glad that he met (y/n). So happy that she said yes to him, even though he did use a cheesy science pick up line. He felt so loved by her and he couldn't be happier. 

"I love you so much (y/n)." He whispers and (y/n) happily hums. 
"I love you too." 

Silence fell over them and it was nice. Until Kuroo ruined it. 

"You must be made of uranium and iodine because all I can see is U and I together." 

Of course he had to ruin it. 

"Oh my god. I thought you were done." 

Kuroo just laughs as she smacks his chest with a slight annoyance. 

"I'm sorry I couldn't help myself."
