Here is 3 of 4 new OCs. This is Anthony. Inspired from Underworld Office. For everyone who has seen Underworld Office may look at me and say... Doesn't he look like Eugene, the main character?..... and yes he does. But I have gotten my story ready (yes I already have a story in mind) where Eugene tries to help Anthony. Anthony will be tricky tho since he didn't open up to the other ghosts like Eugene did... but remember I also have Rehva and Chiniue in this story as well.....
