i could hear my alarm going off. did i turn it off. no. did i go back to sleep. yes. well not really. i tried to go back to sleep. but the stupid alarm didn't get the hint.
"omg okay i'm up. shut it" i said turning my alarm off
"omg 7:30" i said getting up
"ugh i wanted to actually shower before school for once. we can do that on monday don't have time today" i said to myself.
i did a small amount of makeup and out of some black ripped jeans a white cropped top and a flannel. i put my air force on and made some toast. i ate it and waited for emily to come.

emily parker
she's my cousin. my younger, hotter cousin. she's popular, pretty, down to do anything whenever (even you know what) i know she's my cousin but she's kind of a slut. me and emily are close. but not as close as me and jade. we used to be closer but she got with my boyfriend at the time and he cheated on me with her. she doesn't know that i know.

soon after i heard a car pull up. that's my ride. i thought getting my stuff and leaving the house
"hey bæ" she said
"woah. that's my thing" i said
"but heyyyy" she laughed
"so how's mateo today"
"fine. like really really fine"
"okay i don't drool all over my car thank you very much"
i laughed. after dancing like crazy to music we arrived at school.
"okay see you" she said i smiled and walked to my locker as she went to the popular kids. a lot of people knew who i was. but they mainly knew me because i was "attractive" which i can agree on (not to be big headed) or because i'm friends with one of the popular kids. but i'm not popular at all. i went to my first lesson and sat there. bored as hell. i went on my phone most of the lesson like always. surprisingly i actually have good grades. the bell rang and i took my stuff and walked out the class room to see emily waiting for me out side like always.
"so. what do you have next" she asked
"damn it. chemistry. you?" i say
"english" she said
"ooh don't you sit next to jake" i teased
"yeh" she said lightly hitting me
"oh! there's a new boy have you seen him" she said
"no. is he cute" i said
"dunno haven't seen him" she said
i nodded and walked to into my lesson.
great. another 50 minutes wasted. i could be sleeping right now. ugh.
honestly the lesson went fast.
it was break.
another 15 minutes of loneliness. i stayed on my phone until it was time to line up and go back in.
i can't wait to go back home. and sleep. and eat. and play with my cat.
i thought
i was honestly in my own world.
some random part of me thought the line had started moving. and just as i walked forward i walked right into a backpack.
"omg i am so sorry" i said picking my stuff up as he turned around
"no it's oka-" he said before i cut him off
"omg. mateo gallegos." i said
"you even hotter in person"
he laughed
"damn. i was kinda hoping no one would know who i am. but thank you" he said
"sorry" i said
"so you must be "the new boy" everyone is talking about must have all the girls wanting you." i laughed
"meh. i've got three girls who have asked for my snapchat today" he laughed
"did you give it to them?"
"yeah i want to make new friends"
"damn. mateo is friends on snapchat with three girls from my school before me damn" i said
he laughed
"i haven't added them back yet"
"ooh add me back first" i said
he laughed and we went in
"anyways i'm sophia" i said
"hey sophia"
"what lesson do you have?" i asked
"physics with mr richards"
"ooh. that's harsh. wish you luck. i'm in the room next door" i said just as i was about to walk in
