Why Me?

When we walk in a lovely scent hits our faces.

" Mmmmh it smells like honey" Piper said embracing the smell

" But also mixed with vanilla" I say adding on to her sentence

" We should probably get moving. I heard we get to decorate our lockers how ever we want."

We start walking while laughing at each others jokes. While we walk I accidently bump in to a kid. I look up to see a blueish greenish eyed boy. His hair was this lovely tone of blonde, and his lips were pink as bubblegum. Who is this boy, and why is it now that I'm just meeting him?

" OMG I am so sorry" I say

" Yeah you should be" He says kinda meanly. OMG HIS VOICE IS HOT TOO

" Hey fool, don't talk to bff like that" Piper says

" No, no, no Piper it's ok. I'm still sorry for what happened. If you want I-"

"No just stay away from me loser" The boy says

Before I could respond he walked away.

" Well that was rude." Piper said frowning

" Maybe he's just having a bad day. Anyways come on, lets go find our lockers." I say brushing off the fact that boy just acted like he didn't bump into me.

We find our lockers. The principal gave us some paint and stuff to decorate our lockers. Surprisingly he was super nice. I start painting the outside of my locker blue and green eyes before class. Me and Piper had almost the same classes except for Math. We go to our first class, which is Chemistry. When we walk in the teacher was getting ready to announce something.

" Hello Class. My names Mr. Stefan, and welcome to Chemistry class!!! Ok I've arranged your seats already so if I call your name go to the table I point to." He says with a bright smile on his face

He started calling out people's names, But this one name made me feel all tingley inside. Gavin What a nice name. Before I knew it Piper was paired with a girl with blonde hair.

" Coco Quinn you sit at this table." He says pointing at it. I just sat down not even looking at the person who sat next to me. All of a sudden the person was tapping my shoulder

" Excuse me um can I barrow a pencil?" The person said

" Sure" I say grabbing one out of my bookbag. I turn around to see the boy from earlier.

".. Oh you" He says rolling his eyes

" Here's the pencil if you still want it"

" No thanks, You've already ruined my mood" He says turning back to the whiteboard. I try to keep myself from crying cause that would be embarrassing

" So... Your names Gavin?" I say

" Ya what about it?" He says looking a bit off

" It's just a nice name. Um I'm Coco" I say putting out my hand for him to shake. He ends up pushing my hand away and applying a layer of chapstick instead. For some reason I couldn't stop looking at his beautiful face. He looks back at me, and I quickly look away. I see from the corner of my eye that he started smiling. OMG THAT WAS SOOO FREAKING CUTE!!!! Class ended sooner than I thought. When I walked out of the class room Gavin pulled me into the janitor's closet.

" What da f-"

" Listen kid, Don't look at me ever again. Don't think I didn't see you staring at me like a creep in class. If you even talk about me I will make sure you wish you never passed 8th grade" He says raising his voice. In that moment it took all of my strength not to cry

" Got it?"

" Y-Ye-ss" I say trying to stop my voice from shaking

He left the closet and closed the door. I immediately let the tears I was holding in fall. I sit there crying my eyes out for about 20 minutes before Piper found me.

" What's wrong Coco" She says rushing over to me

" I-I-I'm sorry." I say crying even harder

She holds me while I cry. I eventually cry myself to sleep. What's this kids problem? I don't know what I've done, but I definitely need to apologize ASAP!!!

This chapter was soo fun to write. Why do you think Gavin's being so mean to Coco? I love yall and until next time....
