Eldritch Sickness(also called Eldritch Cancer) is a disease that can be contracted by coming too close to an eldritch being for a prolonged period of time or by being bitten by one of various different void creatures. There is no known cure.
Oh, and just to remind you: this disease is what killed Lytmir's 6 year old daughter.
The disease comes in 3 horrific stages:
Stage 1: Beginning of the Torture
~ Vomiting
~ Bloody and painful stools
~ Coughing blood
~ Hallucinations lasting up to an hour each
~ Violent seizures
~ Delirious episodes
~ Patches of skin rotting
~ Painful lumps forming on the skin
~ Blackening veins
~ Muscle weakness
~ Loss of bladder control
~ Unexplainable anxiety attacks
~ Migraines
Stage 2: The Torture Begins
~ Loud, uncontrollable screaming for unknown reasons
~ Hallucinations of eldritch demons everywhere
~ Unable to eat or drink anything; will just be vomited up.
~ Entire limbs rotting away
~ Even more violent seizures
~ Lumps turning into cysts
~ Skin becoming deathly pale
~ Inability to take a full breath
~ Worsening migraines
~ Loss of movement in certain areas of the body
~ Loss of memory
~ Loss of hair
Stage 3: The Death Stage
~ Complete body paralysis
~ Complete disconnect from reality
~ Brain aneurysms
~ Kidney failure
~ Lung failure
~ Loss of eyesight
~ Loss of hearing
