Chapter 10•the ball

Wow Hermione that dress is beautiful! That's definitely your colour' you smile admiring her gown
'Awe thanks y/n, I think yours is completely fixed' Hermione said in a cheerful tone
You pull your dress up and zip it up then look in the mirror, your hair was done in curls and Ginny did your makeup to match your dress with red sparkles
You're amazed at how beautiful you look
'My brothers are gonna be so shocked when they see you y/n' Ginny smiles
'You to mione! I see how Ron looks at you' Ginny winks at Hermione who was blushing
'I've never felt prettier! Are you guys ready to head down stairs?' You say excitedly

You head down stairs and see Ron, Harry, Neville and the twins all suited up
Harry had an angry look on his face and his glasses were a little cracked, you look over to Fred and George who were wearing black dress robes
They looked extremely handsome, you look over at George's face, he had a black eye
Your face is filled with concern
'You guys look amazing!' yelled Ron whose eyes haven't left Hermione
You walk towards George and Fred who were both looking at you like you in awe
'You look like a princess' Fred said wide eyed 'you look beautiful in red' George smiled
You blush as Fred gently grabs your wrist and slides a corsage with red roses on it that perfectly matches your dress
'How'd you know?' You ask
'Wild guess' he whispers
You look over at George 'what happened to your eye Georgie?'
'Oh! Me Harry Ron and Fred got into a little scrap with Draco and his gang, we figured that physical force would be more satisfying then magic' George chuckled
'If you think George's is bad you should see Draco and his little followers' laughed Ron
'Why'd you guys do that?!' You said alarmingly chuckling a little bit
'For you of course!' Fred said proudly
'we can't have some asshole treating our friend like that' Harry spoke up
Even though George got hurt, you're really happy you have friends who stick up for you
'Thank you guys, you didn't have to do that' you say
'No matter what you say were always gonna be there for you' George says smiling while putting his arm around you
You feel really happy in this moment
'I'm so lucky to have all of you' you hug George as everyone comes in for a group hug
'Okay let's party!' Yells Ginny

You all make your way down to the ball giggling.
The ball room was filled with Christmasy decorations and people dancing
'Hey! y/n before we go in there can George and have a word?' Asked Fred
'Of course'
They pull you into an empty hallway
'We wanted to know if you'd like to come spend the holidays with us' said George
'Ron always brings Hermione and Harry so our parents would be okay with it, I'm sure mum would love to meet you' Fred adds
Christmas with the Weasleys sounds amazing, especially because all your friends would be there with you
'That sounds awesome! My parents wouldn't mind, they'd probably be pretty glad I've made some friends' you replied in excitement
'Wicked' they say in unison
The three of you make your way to the party
And see everyone dancing, even some of the teachers
You guys grab some punch and head towards your friends
To your shock you see Hermione and Ron dancing with their arms wrapped around each other
You also see Harry looking very awkward trying to talk to cho Chang and giggle
A slow song turns on and Fred grabs your Waist 'I get you first' he smiles and pulls you onto the dance floor
'I can't dance Freddie' you chuckle
'Neither can I y/n but we're gonna pretend we can' he says causing you to laugh
Fred wraps his hands around your waist and pulls you in close
You put your hands around his neck and look at him and smile
'I'm the luckiest girl in the world' you say looking into his deep brown eyes
'Whys that' Fred exclaimed in joy
'I've got the best dates to the ball' you smile causing Fred to blush a little
He pulls your head to his chest and holds you tight 'well I'm the luckiest boy in the world, I've got the most beautiful girl in my arms'
You smile and hold him tight
Halfway through the song George grabs you and turns to Fred and yells 'my turn'
George puts one hand around your waist and puts the other in your hand
'You enjoying the night so far y/n?'
'This is already the best night of my life' you smile
George kisses you on the cheek causing you to blush
'Hey Georgie' you ask 'how come you and Fred are okay with Sharing me?'
George smiles 'well, we've always been together Fred and I, we both immediately knew we liked you and were used to sharing, we don't really get jealous and we couldn't bare you just being with one of us'
You smile and pull him into a hug as the song ends
'I'm glad' you hug tighter

You and George walk over to the table where your friends were and sit next to Fred
'Look' Ron points to Draco at the other side of the room
His face had obviously been beaten pretty good, he's covered and bruises and he's also got a black eye
You start to laugh uncontrollably along with the rest of the gang
malfoy notices you guys laughing and storms out of the room followed by Pancy
This night couldn't get any better
Seamus comes and joins the table 'you guys better come to the after party in the common room, I got some firewhiskey' he whispers looking around to make sure no teachers heard him

You guys dance all night laughing and cracking jokes
You tell the others that you're also coming to the burrow for Christmas and everyone is very exited, you and Ginny make plans on what gifts you'll get everyone and what fun things you could all do
'You guys wanna take this party to the common room?' Ron suggests and everyone agrees
You all start waking up the many stairs to the Gryffindor common room
'Shoot! I didn't bring any clothes, this dress is killing me' you laugh
'Don't worry princess, you can borrow some of mine' fred implies putting his arm around your waist
The common room is full with laughing drunk Gryffindors
Fred and George pull you up to there room to change
'Here wear these they're super comfy' fred says handing you some grey sweatpants'
'And here this should do' George follows handing you a t-shirt.
they both start changing out of their dress robes into more comfortable clothes
You get changed in front of them this time without even caring, you can feel their eyes staring at every part of your body which gives you so many butterflies
Fred's sweat pants are so long on you due to the overwhelming height difference and George's shirt almost goes to your knees
'You look so cute in our clothes y/n' says George smiling, causing you to blush hard
'Cmon let's go have fun' you say dragging them back downstairs
