Chapter 5•secret

You wake up to a pounding headache
'Where am I?' you thought
'Here drink some water y/n' said Fred sitting in the end of the bed handing you a cup
'What happened last night' you said holding your head and slowly sipping the water
'Well' Fred chuckled 'you got pretty drunk, and you puked so we let you stay in here for the night'
You cover your face in embarrassment
'Oh merlin'
George enters the room smiling
'You're finally awake y/n' he said also sitting in the edge of the bed
You chat with them for a little bit then head to the prefect bathroom to have a shower
Still embarrassed by the night before, you hop in the shower and cover your face again 'why am I like this' you say smacking your head between each word
You slowly start remembering the events of last night, including what the twins said while they thought you were sleeping
'What would they have to tell me? They're always straight forward and never keep things from me' you think while drying your hair and getting dressed
'I'll just ask them' you think

After your shower you head down to the library where you and Hermione were planning on studying for a potions quiz together
On your way you spot the twins and give them a wave
They walk towards you smiling 'feeling better?' They says in unison
'Loads' you say giggling
'Hey, can I ask you two something?' You ask
They look at each other and look back at you 'anything' said Fred
'Last night I heard you guys saying you had to tell me something' you say kinda hesitantly
'Oh!' Said George loudly, he looks over at Fred then looks back at you
'We have no idea what you're talking about' Fred lied, both their faces a little red
'Anyways we gotta go' George said quickly as both the twins ran off
You look back at them kinda upset, they just lied to you and you know they're lying, what could they be keeping from you

'I don't know y/n, that does seem quite unlike Fred and George' said Hermione who's nose was inside her potions book not even looking up at you
'I'm just scared, what if they don't wanna be friends with me' you replied fidgeting with your quill
Hermione looked at you then looked away, completely avoiding eye contact
'No idea' she said awkwardly laughing afterwords
You look at her and gave her a dirty look 'Hermione granger you know something' you said forcing eye contact
'What! Me! Pffft no' Hermione replied awkwardly
You look in her eyes again but this time you gave her more of a puppy dog face rather than a sinister one
'Fine! But if you tell anyone I told you and I mean anyone then I'll use the jelly-leg jinx on you' said Hermione getting closer so she could whisper quieter to you
'I overheard the twins talking to lee Jordan about you, I think one of them is planning to ask you out' she said excitedly
Your heart is pounding and your mind starts racing with all the possibilities and you feel your legs get slightly shaky, you look at Hermione
'I've gotta go! Thank you mione' you said loud enough to get a few shushes
You ran out of the library, not exactly knowing where you were going
'Which ones asking me out' you thought, you didn't want just one of them you wanted the both, you were head over heals madly in love with both Fred and George
You stop to think of what you'll do, 'I'll have to keep this secret to myself until one of them says something.

((Sorry this took so long! I'm back to writing though and I have a lot of ideas :))
